Empty Inside

Empty Inside

Just as a warning, alot of my writing is rather dark at times..... This one was written around the same time as my Dark and Light poem, but before I found clarity of mind, and for the same reason..... In case you didn't read Dark and Light, the reason was because I was raised into Christianity, but I when I got older, I started noticing "holes in the wall" so to speak. Anyway, I was basically told by a close friend at the time (who was a Christian) that I was going to burn if I did not "forsake my evil ways". My "evil ways" were choosing to believe that Jesus is not the only way to Heaven, and there is a spiritual energy in everything.

The dream killer

The dream killer

On that day, my son was attending an open day at a University.. and I went walking in town, waiting for him... Not too sure in what category this fall in... so I went for dark poetry... free verse... The dream killer...
