It would have been a good idea Had he thought about it in time But he's always just a little too late So I guess he will just stop trying He could have placed a goodbye note With some Kentucky flowers she could keep But they would die in a few
A lil' romantic~
My thoughts on love, the good and the bad.
A family is to me a growing mixture of those who repeat the activities of their ancestors, whether good or bad....yet the bond woven by memories allows vision and hope to keep moving forward....growing in strength and numbers.
Feelings might be too strong to meet at this time Oh what can I do I shouldn't write Anymore hanging on lines The power of it all will surely come down Like a pouring rain and when it clears to blue skies above What will be found is our inevit

An oldie but a goodie. I wrote this one when I was in my twenties!
A tribute to every sci-fi movie I ever saw. lol
I wrote this poem at a time when a dear friend had lost his wife in a tragic accident. I saw how much he grieved for her and it broke my heart. I chose to write This poem in a feeble effort to express, in some small way, my condolences And an empathic understanding of what he might be going through.

This violence is spreading instead of getting better. I know I won't be taking any trips to Chicago any time soon. This is a parody of a song from the movie soundtrack Juice. It is about four friends and one who enjoys having the power of a gun. He is played by the rapper Tupac who was shot dead on September 7, 1996.

The path of love, is not said be smooth...but still we search for it...rocks and all
Modern Interpretation.. I’m not like that other poet who writes about a woman who’s pretty because she wears a lot of makeup. In his verses, he compares her to heaven itself, and to every other beautiful thing—the sun and moon, the rich gems of earth and sea, the first flowers of April, and all the rest of the precious things on the face of the earth. Since I really am in love, I just want to write the truth, and when I do, believe me—my lover is as beautiful as any human being, though maybe not as bright as the stars. Whoever actually likes those love-poem clichés can say more; I’m not trying to sell anything, so I won’t waste time with praise
Good feel.
Bonus points for those that can work out tbe meaning
Have you not heard out of faith hope and love Love is the greatest of all And since faith can move mountains Love could move the sky and yet hold the stars so they don't fall And love still holds the stars in your eyes when I look at you You
