Etymology
A quanrdary; where does it come from. A word came to me in writing and I was pondering its source. I needed to look it up to make sure it fit. Where had I ever heard this word? Especially considering the fact that it did fit perfectly in context. Hence the inspiration. I like the double meaning of before especially.

Ode To Night Skies
An experience that I personally witnessed on August 18, 2007. A woman that I had met took an innocent walk with me to the beach, and all we did was hold hands. I kissed her cheek, and then we witnessed a moving object in the sky during a meteor shower that moved to the right at a 45-degree angle; then, an abrupt movement upward and to the right ensued. I started jumping up and down, saying: "Look! Look!! That isn't space junk, nor is it a meteor!" The object then moved erratically around and about in ways that Earth physics will not allow, especially while in Earth's gravitational pull. I was beside myself, in shock and awe. She then informed me that it was time for her to go, and she kissed me chastely on the corner of my mouth. I walked her back to her beach house, barely speaking as we went. When we arrived, she handed me a business card with her cell & home number handwritten. I hadn't felt like that since I roller skated with a beautiful young Swedish girl on foreign exchange when I was 15 years old. I was a complete idiot both times (!). I was still married at the time, and it was only after I left my ex that we began to spend time together. Unfortunately, our relationship didn't last long - but it set my mouth for what I'm looking for in my future.
