Lalinra

This is my song!

I am the ruler of this court
Hear what I say
Listen to me
I sing what ever I want

I have an attitude
Like I am the queen
Don't mess with me

These are
My rules my tunes
I sing my song
I have found my voice

I have an attitude
Like I'm the queen
Don't mess with me

I am the ruler
Of this court
I sing what ever I want
These are my rules
My tunes

I have an attitude
Like I'm the queen
Don't mess with me
This is my song

Singing Blue Blazes

As the snowdrops nod happily when you kissed my soul warmly love laughing in the cold spring air so stirringly beautiful flutters wings of a dove

The daffodils yawn awakening to new life or so it seems
sun beams smile inside a thousand songs sweetly my dream

Birds singing freely dawning tunes deep heartfelt desire
you are amazing one faraway flame kissing beats on fire

Lost is Love

My heart never rests
Beating in my chest
A rhythm old as time
Does love always wait
Searching for those traits
It can never find
My eyes search for you
Please only for a clue
Convince my skeptic mind
Long my lonely soul aches
Dreaming as it awakes
What is lost in my mind
My body starts to shake
An internal earthquake
So much trouble entwined
Were it not so true
Glaring into seas so blue
Will make me go blind
At last I have to sigh
With no tears left to cry
A loneliness resigned

DADDY'S GIRL

shes returning home
after many a years
shes attending dads funeral
shes controlling fears.
as door opens slowly
shes slapped with coldness in the face
hit with never ending memories
of her bad old days.

was no home sweet home
all thanks to dad
her childhood taken
one, she never had.
held by innocence
not knowing love shouldnt hurt
she thought this is what it means
to be daddy's little girl.

thinking of mum she wonders
how could she of not known
but so much for the saying
theres no place,like home.
hello mum, im here"
she gulps, as she steps inside
and just as her mother had
thinks now, is not the time.

a part of her is screaming "mother"
why did you let me down
but she cares not to upset her
ain't that what famalies are about.
she'll hold off with the questions
she will take it in her stride
to be the loyal daughter
supportive, by mothers side.

dust to dust
ashes to ashes
her tears will fall
but not for him.
she decides not to question
why" will become her forgotten word
besides, there are no answers
why she had to be, daddys little girl.

R.I.P dad
im glad you are gone
and now that you are
i can finally move on.
its you now daddy
begging for mercy
but you cant hide from god
what you done to me.

ERRAND GIRL

YOU TAKE ORDERS FROM GUYS YOU HAVE JUST MET AND GIVE THEM A WHIRL! ERRAND GIRL; WHEN WILL YOU REALIZE THAT YOU ARE A PERSON AND NOT SOMEONE"S SLAVE; FOR THERE ARE SO MANY THINGS YOU CAN DO; AND WHILE IN THE PROCESS; YOU WILL LEARN TO BEHAVE! FOR IF YOU WANT SOMETHING BAD ENOUGH; YOU WILL DO A TURNAROUND TO THE GUILT FREE LIFE AND FORGET ABOUT THE TOUGH! ERRAND GIRL; YOU ARE ON THE ROAD TO GREATNESS IF YOU TAKE MY ADVICE; AND SAY GOODBYE TO MEN WHO ABUSED YOU; FOR THEY ARE NOTHING BUT LICE!

The Welcomed Migrant

Searching the trees
Following
That once familiar call
Still hiding alone
Waiting for warmth
Scanning
The distance perched
Higher overhead
A feathered friend
Cold wind ruffles
Waving long lashes
And urgent cries
Conserving energy
Watchful
Short long swoops
Between branches
Waiting for the warmth
Promising
Each breath of spring
When you sing
Stepping closer
Welcoming
You to come nearer
Nestle up next to me
Sharing our perch
Building
Straw by straw
The nest is our futures
Where are you now
Alone
Finding your way
Still coming together
Follow my song
Welcome
You back again and again
My Lover ! My friend !

Melissa (the honey girl)

Melissa at a party year eleven
White skin like milk - with just a few freckles
That night you were my little piece of heaven
Our passion burning bright with fiery sparkles.
Your silky hair was jet black like a raven -
As to me tonight your kingdom falls!
Melissa, sweet honey girl - attracting bees -
And that night we both did as we pleased.

Fumbling;- beginner's love, - both seventeen
Not much experience; - except the year
Before that, diff'rent girl (I was sixteen).
Expectations rise - though with a bit of fear -
Is this the real thing - or just a dream?
Emotions flood us - we hold each other near; -
Dear God in heaven - give me just a taste!
Sweet Melissa - I remember your embrace.

Young love that night had broken all its strictures
As hot feelings found full consummation.
(At least that's what they tell us in the pictures -
In practice a more messy situation).
To me my dear Melissa now surrenders -
And vice a versa - what infatuation!
As in an ecstasy our youthful passion
Found frisson and excitement in this fashion.

Big waves are building - but to break on the shore -
With both our hearts now sighing with devotion;
(I will use the sea now as a metaphor -
For what is first love but a raging ocean?)
Caught in a sweet embrace we still want more -
Remember your first time - a revelation!
Well that is what happened at this party -
Where Melissa vanquish'd her virginity.

I write this now - as looking back through time -
Now thirty years have gone - where did they go?
And this the start of love-life most sublime
Which started there in Bell those years ago.
My belle in Bell (I could not resist that line)
And woman since have been delight and woe -
If I told all now - then you would have an epic; -
So I better halt my discourse on this topic.

Intelligent Design

---- IMAGE REMOVED because photobucket.com no longer allows embedded images ----When I was a child I was so amazed by the sky
Even now as a man I long for insight
How does the heavenly blue reveal infinite nights
I believe God placed each star with grace and design
Relative theorist concludes nothing is absolute
Some say truth is subjectivity and subjectivity is truth
One may even say we evolved from thin air
Failing to see a universe put together with care
How can we search for the beginning of something without end
Or discover perfect celestials that embody heaven
Not even irreducible complexity can explain eternal time
Because everything that was made was made of an intelligent design

In Search of Jack Frost

Jack Frost decorates the woodlands each year,
For traditional festive history,
In shades of silver and twinkling white,
His reasons steeped in mystery,
Shiny spider webs like garlands of lace,
Adorn the churchyard fence,
A place fit to welcome our baby King,
Or for souls seeking recompense,
I tracked his footprints in the white crunchy field,
Until strangely further on there were none,
He must have vanished with the onset of dawn,
And the unbearable warmth of the sun,
He showed his anger in the hungry birds,
In the leaves that darkened the skies,
Yet they defied him dancing in the wind,
While falling to a watery demise,
His breath I felt ...that icy breeze,
In this snowy Winter dream,
As I stumbled and slipped on the frozen pond,
I heard his giggles in the gurgling stream,
Tip toeing home now to light the fire,
I'm sure Jack gloats with glee,
I did'nt find him in person today,
But I'm frozen...he surely found me.

Making Memories

Memories drift ashore in the tide
Coming back, washing up again
Much is cast out and tries to hide
But seldom are they taken then

Clogging deepest consciousness
A clutter of conflicting emotion
Beware unhealthy anxiousness
Remove such inner commotion

A lonely walk with silent feelings
Bare feet footsteps and naked soul
Feeling like a whale a’ breaching
Unsure what’s blowing out the hole

All thoughts are created energy
So seek to create and not destroy
Be mighty careful of each boundary
Remembering life is to enjoy
