Since violation of any of the impossible terms would require the State to return all Federal funds ever received for any reason whatsoever, it is to the long term advantage of every State to just say no to all future Federal funding and to also begin returning any and all Federal monies now, while the figure is still small enough so that in 20 years they would have it all back. We should therefore all support higher state taxes based on a promise from our honorable elected State legislators that someday they will indeed properly use the money.

Respectfully disagree. Sometimes those who complain know exactly how to fix the problem and how things should be done. The problem is often that they lack sufficient political power to get the folks messing up to listen to them in time.
Want a classic example? Global warming. The warning rumbles started way back in the 1960s at a time the fabled Northwest Passage was just a drunken and laughed at dream of Henry Hudson and his ilk. Canada had no real North coast. No one listened. Today the NW Passage exists and is actually used. Polar Bears are starving because there aren't enough icepacks with seal pups on them, the island of Tarawa is confronting rising seas, etc., etc., but still the politicians in power don't listen and see only a little water melting. Why it is melting and what the consequences of an ocean with diluted salt, and rising air temperatures will be still escapes them. There is a solution, but no one wishes to listen. Ce' la vie.
Problem is, thanks to telescopes (the radio kind as well as the Hubble kind) we now know there was more than just one big bang. Multiple ones in different places which is why some galaxies are on collision courses. So clearly none of the old tales dealing with just the one event were based on much actual knowledge of how it all began.

First you have to show us there is a God rather than just simple blind chance creating all. Then we can argue about how He did it. For now, science just runs with the blind chance and math and strangely that works.
Those babies are playing. We can tell this because there is not any blood coming off her legs which means the claws are sheathed which makes it just play. Clearly she is not a tomato person.

I don't think they meant preach to the non-Christians though or rant that they are sinners in a den of iniquity as someone else did. More like find someone, then find out in email or by dating if you are alike, or look in the religious section if their religion is all that important to building a partnership together.
Now conceding I could be in error and maybe CS did indeed intend to invite religious wars based on her religion is more true than his, but somehow I don't think so.
Socrates, I read a long treatise about the meaning of 'works' not that long ago. The synopsis I walked away from it with was the author believed works required acknowledging that there was a creator, and that you would subjugate yourself to his creation and greatness by doing goodness. I feel this too is fair and by itself it does not require you to reject this or that prophet, teacher or priest and whatever organized religion they happen to be waving that day.
