RE: baked shredded Pig meat pieces

truheart, I can't tell if you are trying to be funny, or, hate the people coming over, or, just don't know any better.

The Hebrew faith forbids eating pork..

RE: baked shredded Pig meat pieces

Shredded pork is a fairly popular food dish here in America. One of those, 'lets have it for lunch over bread at least once a month' foods. Many restaurants have it on the menu and sometimes we can also find it ready to be heated and eaten in convenience stores and supermarkets.

It is often served with cole slaw (marinated shredded cabbage) on the side. Here is a link for a fairly typical recipe.

Ankle update

So sick of the boot. Tried putting on a sneaker today instead. Foot is still too swollen to put on the sneaker.

RE: no volleyball for women........

More importantly, why not jail (for a long time) those men who behave inappropriately?

RE: hoping for

I think she means golf handicap. I have a 10 par handicap, so I guess I don't qualify. laugh

RE: Could this be true????

Only the left side of the post is visible on my PC.

Ah there we go. In response mode all of it is visible. Yes it is all true. So you say New Zealand is where the little devils with horns are coming from?

RE: Problems

It was a delicious heart. Do you have more?

RE: Problems

Well I am on a droid, so maybe this ain't applicable, but maybe it is. The LG supplied browser was useless for many sites. So I added the Dolphin browser ap. Now I can connect with CS.mobi. So maybe it is just Safari. Try a different Browser, either Mozilla Firefox or Dolphin.

RE: Don’t be that awkward runner

That runner is done. Black Bears have been clocked doing 45 Miles per hour while chasing rabbit and that was uphill. Runner may be better off playing dead and withstanding the mauling. Of course if the bear is just hungry but not just angry, then fighting is the only option because there will be no mauling, just eating. :)

RE: Article findings...

Should narrow it down I think to exclude the ones 'borrowed' from the Catholics such as Christmas, Easter, Christmas trees, caroling, gift giving at Xmas and marriage and instead focus on the ones unique to Baptists. :)

RE: Any suggestion for my best friend?

I don't believe in soul mates. I believe sometimes people think alike, but if they go someplace else or their situation changes, so does their thinking.

Regardless, the lady has expressed her interest. The man has to decide which is more fun, days and nights with the intelligent educated older woman, or days and nights spent with younger, perhaps not so bright, other women. The lady should give it a decent interval, then if the man has not followed up, she should move on to the next man however long that takes.

RE: Article findings...

T - Yes you did. LoL "I fins it odd that someone in the baptist "religion" which has it's own belief systems and traditions that actually come from paganism."

And violating Commandment 4, even if only gathering firewood for your dinner fire carried the death penalty in the time of Moses. So says the Bible. It had zero to do with employment, but everything to do with physical exertion.

RE: copy and paste

Zmountain - I have noticed a few who do that. Bearded guy pics in the ladies section vs versa too.

RE: Payback Time

Bill collecting is always a pain. As a landlord I grew so sick of it I am selling the places. Tired of tenants who claimed they had no money when the rent was due, but that night you see them partying at a club. Tired of having to haul them to court and having the sheriff sell their car for the rent money they owed before the eviction.

RE: Kisa Gotami.

I like this blog. It is so true. We know not when the end comes. Not for us, not for family members and not for the person you just passed in the street.

RE: exercise the right to vote

I am with Heinlein. I believe citizenship should be earned, not given at birth. But look how much my vote (and his) has counted on that. Sadly, not too much.

RE: Good Manners.

Cat, sorry to hear of this incident. I know the sort. Watch not your back as much as your car. This is the sort that slashes tires and the ilk.

RE: Spiritual, but not Religious

Religion is for those who wish to be followers and give their money to someone else.

RE: Research on Pharmacies / Pharmacists - Help People

For the most part, pharmacies in America don't dispense meds without a prescription and many require the doctor prescribing the med be on their authorized to give them a prescription list. This means if you walk in with a prescription from a doctor they don't know, it won't be filled. Prevents honoring fake prescriptions.

Alternatively, most pharmacies here do happily sell placebo drugs. NyQuil, aspirin, Tylenol, cough syrup, etc.

RE: Spiritual, but not Religious

Well Sista you have proven one thing at least. That you don't read my own blogs, or that if you do, you ignore any links in them. :)

Watch and then tell me he isn't spiritual.

Also look up the meaning of the word Agnostic. Any serious attempt at research will show you how the Bible was made. Yes, made. Put together back in 324 by a Roman Emperor as a tool to be used to run his Empire. So we have agnostics who are also called, spiritual but not religious.
