IAmXIndeed - hi! and yes, I had a 10 year trudge where nothing changed and it was all mildly awful. Things do change. Sometimes they get absolutely horrible and you look back longingly at the mildly awful and yet - change brings opportunity and growth. Even if you hit bottom - then there's nowhere to go but up.
