Nothing is guaranteed as people won't get Pension increases until April next year and a lot could happen in that time. Truss is clutching at straws to save her own neck.
It's wishful thinking to assume the economy will settle by the time this decision is made. Frankly speaking the Government need to look at it's outgoings overseas and also the refuge crisis and start to put the U.K. and it's own people first.
True that ,and even thinking of getting Boris back speaks volumes about the people elected into office. To be honest we have had some real humdingers in the past with internal issues ,but this lot really need to step up to the plate and sort government policies out as we are in a right mess politically at the moment and at a time when we actually need clarity and some guidance.
Glad I haven't got a mortgage or kids to bring up.
