To all those who say " age doesn't matter" " age is just a number"
And I repeat !!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!
I've been there and I think Ship is right. Age IS a big deal!! I was in a relationship with a younger woman and let me tell you, the looks and opinions we received from people who had previously said " age is just a number" were priceless. It was like we were being judged for what we had never done or thought of doing. It was like we were on trial everywhere we went, the store, movies, sidewalk, offices............
To those who said " age doesn't matter" I tell you, you have not been there and seen and heard what me and my sweetie heard.
Peoples opinions are alright, until you have to deal with them. Age is nothing, until you actually witness it!!
Does someone's mind tell you anything about her/his lovemaking?
We read a lot, and I mean a lot of posts and threads on CS and I know some of you think or hope to anticipate what the person would be like intimately and in bed. Someone's way of thinking might not reflect their ways and habits or patterns in life, to say nothing of the show they might exhibit here on CS.
I have met some people whose mind let one to assume one thing about their affections but turn out to be a lot different once intimacy or co-living is concerned. Some appear shy at first but would blow your mind in bed and some are extroverted and outspoken, almost in your face but are very reserved as far as intimacy is concerned.
Can anyone trust someone's mind when it comes down to the real deal? Do you make yourself a mental picture by someone's words and way of thinking? Would you be able to know on which foot to dance when companionship is just not enough anymore?
Thanks for your input, people. It is always appreciated.
Now if we could only get this one passed in the U.S.....
People seem to behave differently once they're in their car. Thinking about other motorists and being courteous at intersection is not, in my opinion, too much to ask so I say BRAVO !!
I really don't see your point, beyond. Even though you might be right for SOME women, not all on Single Forums ( cs or otherwise ) lie or cover anything on their profile or otherwise. And if they do, there is a good reason for it.
As far as research, I don't give a lot of stock to them and I'd suggest you don't either unless you want to end up alone and lonely the rest of your life with some kind of disease you got from listening to some "research".
Furthermore, I really think you're wasting your time trying to prove something as futile as someone's profile and if you have any insight on anyone on CS, I suggest you just stay clear of them and not get yourself in trouble.
If you're trying to do some of us guys a service, don't waste your breath ( or your fingers strength ) Us males on CS aren't dupes, idiots or empty-headed saps, most of us have been around quite a lot to distinguish between a genuine and a fake.
So you can put that research up you know where and set fire to it
That was when I was 20 or 29... Now I don't really know if I love someone, all I know is that I want to spend a bunch of time with her, if that's love, well, it's gotten much subdued by the years.
John Williams ( of course), Basil Poledouris is super, Jerry Goldsmith kicks a--, James Horner my personal favorite, Hans Zimmer got game...I mean score, lol and Clause Badelt for his Pirates of Carebeans score.
Don't pay much attention to TV scores or Theater productions but this should get you going...
They are all either too sad or just plain ridiculous. Law enforcement is one of the fastest growing field these days... In our crazy world, I wonder why
When I feel that way I make it a point to go out to town and walk, go to a diner and maybe have a nice conversation with a fellow patron, go to a park and enjoy the greenery... You may still feel depressed but when you get home, you'll feel a little better.
