Maybe not on the first few dates but there are only so many questions you can ask until it becomes boring
But seriously, this is the net, the world wide web, not for the faint hearted and archaic thinkers. It is by its very nature open, crude, shocking and enticing. Billions are on this virtual world for these very fact. As far as SC is concerned, I let the owners of it decide what is appropriate or too daring. And face to face. It depends who the other face belongs to.
Prioritize always. From 6am to 6pm, even when you're out of work, things still need be done. I don't regard my daily activities as work or play, it's just what I do all day, if it makes money, so much the better but partnerships are important to me and inviting an associate out to eat is at the same time fun and business. Sure things sometimes get a little hectic but that just tells me business is going somewhere. I can be shirtless and sweating in the morning and then meet my clients and partners in the afternoon.
Did I just say shirtless? I better get back to work!
Collin Powell's time has come and gone. In 2004 he would have had a shot at the pinyta but now, with everything that has come to light about how the United Nations were duped into Iraq etcetera his chances at international diplomacy are just about shot ( no pun intended ). However a Rice-Powell ticket might turn some heads, if the egos of some of Washington's elites and special interests can be appeased. It's still a toss up.
It would be bad at this point if the Dems take charge because they might not be able to take control of all the mess and fail us miserably. I think we would be better off to let the Republicans continue with it and see what happens. Who know they might actually have a plan for a better world and maybe the end does justify the means? I know, I might be over-optimistic in thinking that our governments actually have any answers to the world's plights but after all, we've been there before and look what our civilizations have accomplished. Still though do the voices in a majority's mind murmur war, nuclear war... Just as individually do we have a choice in steering our lives, don't we, as a collective also have a choice in the direction our world takes? Is there a bigger picture we should be looking at, the will of humanity to bring about the wisdom or horrors we all know as history? Are we willing to think that these days are the culmination of human history, that as a species our position has reached its apogee or can we concede, in our vanity, that the events of the last half of the 20century presage a happening Man hasn't yet known?
As long as there is life, there is HOPE friend. And I don't just look within our country but our world. Everything has an impact around the wold now, we shouldn't just think of things within our borders. Remember the words of Bush senior "...we are instituting a new world order..." It is all planned and orchestrated but HOPE and love is what gets me up in the morning and no one can take that from me.
15 Abdominal and side crunches for 30min. Rest for two between sets. Eat what you like but not in excess , one snack once in the afternoon, light dinners.
I write, draw and act. I am interested in all seven of the Arts. Went to art school and acting classes in Pasadena and drawing is very therapeutic for me. I have sold some and given some. My kids love to color my inked ones and my friends all have a mural in their house. Still "... but in retrospect would rather have been a farmer or a poet" Sean Connery, The rock.
It is a good idea, I agree. Problem is until certain of us come to an understanding of what is a Right and what is a Privilege, what "the little people" can live with and cannot live without, the way of life a "useless eater" is allowed to have or not.... This problem will remain clouded in partisanship political maneuvering and big corporation lobbying. When money talks....
Why are there people on here who cannot debate an issue with a clear head and without resorting to personal attacks? Reminds me of this TV show in France where throwing an ashtray at your counterpart was allowed, not counting all the insults and idiotic comments there were making on there. If we are to solve this issue, like anyother one, we need to be open to dialogue and counter points, arguments and hypotheticals, otherwise nothing is gonna get solved and as much as we blame our congress and administration, we do the same here on CS, we attack and denegrade anyone with an opposite point of view. It is not the one who says it louder and with venom in his words who is necessarily right, it is the one who takes all angles in consideration and comes to a middle ground, compromise and deals with diplomacy and tact. What has happened to us?? What is going on in this crazy world where we think only WE have the answers and the ones on the other side of the spectra are just crazy, fundamentalists, wackos and just plain wrong? No one is just wrong, there is a valid argument in anything someone says, unless we're ready to haul off anyone with an opposing point of view to the looney bin. I thought I was wrong once, but I found out I was just mistaking
I agree with 99% of what you said. As far as illegal immigrants, they are still people and doctors are supposed to treat people not just U.S citizens, or just women or just men or just customers but people. I believe, and correct me if I'm wrong, they even have some sort of oath? to treat patients?...
This world is RICH! We have plenty of food, plenty of money and plenty of talented people who ask for nothing but to serve their fellow Man. There are plenty of deals being made behind closed doors to facilitate the lives of certain individuals, to see that the red tape is stuck to the back of the folder and to get somethings through without a hitch or a snag. When there is a will, there is a way and it's not a solution that is needed it's the will to put it through.
RE: do you trust someones profile?
Can you trust anything at all?
