I'll find out for myself. I'm sure it is a beautiful country from the pics I've seen and the people seem to be a little more open minded than in the US. I'll have to plan a trip there for sure...Been thinking about it for a few months now.
It'll have to be in summer tho, I'm a wuss when it comes to snow and cold Brrrrrrrrrrr
A civil war and a plain ol' war are two different things. You asked about America "winning" the war. I just put America out of the equation as far as "war" is concerned. Our government is only interested in Iraqis building a government that would permit the Bush adminstation to save face while slipping out the back door with the goods for years to come.
It hurts at first. Then I take my time to learn from my mistakes and lack of discernment and I move on, having forgiven myself for having been an idiot and a fool. You win some, you lose some...
Don't be sorry. Whether you get it or not is irrelevant, the pons are being eliminated, the knights have gone wild, the bishops are greedy, the rooks are bogged down, the queen has gone scared and the king is oblivious or has his hands tied. This game could be a while before we see a check mate.
There is no "war" in Iraq. It's a tyranny toppling gone bad, it's a civil war where allegiances are murky and the fighting factions vie for recognition or face annihilation from the political process, it's one administration's miscalculations and naiveté in probing the Arab mind and ways, it's nation building without concrete or architect, it's an international example in the making or braking.
One hundred billion tons of CFC put in our atmosphere every year can't exactly be a good thing, cycle or no cycle. If the earth is warming naturally, and it does, why help it along and make things worse? Global warming would bring climate change, it's just semantics. Man gets fanatical about almost everything he has passion for. It's human nature.
So they were one worthy person short... Playing on our fears has been a well executed strategy for many politicians throughout the decades. All parties of the world exercise that tactic. When reason fails, scare the hell out of 'em. Al Gore is only responding to what he believes is an emergency. Are we going to condemn him for not being 100% scientifically correct? Who really has all the answers to what ails our environment? Something is arwy, any fool can see it. He has put forward a set of ideas and theories as to what our world faces and may be like in a 100 years. At least he has put many on the path to being part of a solution, even if the data isn't all in. He isn't like many who want to ignore the problem because it might hurt their pocket book and advance other so-called facts as an excuse to just do nothing. We do not own this world, it has been loaned to us. We are to take care of it until it's owner returns. Or have all the Christian Right members and Republicans forgotten the book of Genesis? Not likely. Are they ready to put profit in front of their beliefs?
I miss a woman's love, yes. But being single doesn't nessesarily mean being lonely. Loneliness is a slow death but being single isn't. There is more in this world than someone's love, there is supernatural love as well, as in "God's" love and it is very real, actually perhaps more real than human love. Find that, and you will never be lonely. You'll be a single person needing human love.
Wel, I don't mind taking the time to delete junk mail. Plus there is this option you can use everytime there is junk mai, you press SPAM and the sender's future mail automatically goes to your bulk folder. I can delete that in one swoop.
I'm a guy so I finish at the contruction site, jump in my car, might pick up a rose and show up in torn up jeans, light shirt and...Oops, forgot to take my hard hat off
Motzarella cheese sticks and grilled squash, Broccolli and cheese. Then Roasted chicken, mashed potatoes, french-cut green beans, dinner rolls and butter. Ham and carrots, radishes and butter, a milk shake with strawberries and sugar, two eggs sunny side up, three pieces of bacon and sausages and a...small piece of cheese cake.
