RE: Single Guys with kids

Definitely, dude.

It seems to me that we tend to attract certain people at a certain point of our life when we conduct our lives a certain way, then somehow there is change in us and another kind of people are attracted to us.
I guess the attraction evolves as we evolve?

List one accomplishment you're very proud about

I feel the same way Judy.

I'm very proud of my kids. They're intelligent, compassionate, and all a parent would want their kids to be.

RE: The Pursuit of Happiness

Semantics.....

RE: The Pursuit of Happiness

If we find the time to search our heart and know we actually matter, that the things that depress us are thoughts springing from our subconscious triggered by any of the five senses, a certain chemical imbalance.... We'd find that we are beings who operate on different plane of existence, past, present, future and the imaginary. We'd find we are Individuals ( indivisible dualities) Yings and Yangs, and with that, once fully understood, we open new doors to our minds, places we never even knew existed or wanted not to disturb.......
It's a lifelong search and it ain't given to anyone easily.

RE: The Pursuit of Happiness

It is an inalienable right to every human to be happy but no one can give you that, you have to find it on your own.

RE: The Pursuit of Happiness

I disagree professor

One can be happy. It's just a matter of how you see the world and accept that it isn't a perfect one.
Also, happiness goes hand in hand with inner peace. Once you find that, the rest is academic .

RE: The Pursuit of Happiness

Happiness is a state of mind. It cannot be bought, sold or given.
As far as the constitution is concerned, it is not the cause of unhappiness, everyone wants to be happy, you just have to know what happiness actually is.

RE: What do you do to cheer you up??

I find a quiet place and contemplate, meditate and tall myself : in a hundred years, who's gonna care?

Would you go back?

I helped her keep her kids, I helped her dad with renovating his house, I helped her mom get disability, i helped her sister with her drug problems and her kids.... I helped that @$#% with ALL I had in my being! frustrated:

And one day her bum boyfriend was able to get her kids from her because of a court technicality and she blamed the whole thing on me while all her parents had to do is say she wasn't leaving with them anymore!

Hell, the more I write about it, the more I know I don't her back! very mad

Would you go back?
