I agree but the cops were called by her boyfriend and at that point, justice can follow its course. Whether we condone or not, the justice system is set up to enforce and we have to trust that... Somewhat.
Don't get me started with social services, they take children away from good parents and give them to spychos and never even investigate on the bad parents. out of context? How about flat out lies?
Well, we both believe in forgiveness and if you cannot forgive a family member then you've got issues to resolve within you. As far as the charges being dropped, my daughter believes her mom learned her lesson by going to jail over that week-end and I agree.
My ex-wife has been charged with child endangerment and battery against a minor ( my daughter, 16 y/o). Prosecutor's office called her and said they wanted her there. Now she's asking me if she should go. I think she has misgivings about testifying against her mom and I understand that. Of course they can always subpoena her and force her to go in which case she will have no choice. They want me there too but I ain't no fan of the courts so they'll HAVE to subpoena me, lol I told her that she should forgive her mom and stay the hell away from her. As far as going to court I told her that the prosecutor doesn't really need her. States nowadays can proceed with a case without the victims consent so if she doesn't feel comfortable to go she doesn't have to go. What do you think?
I listen to all sorts of music but I get bored quickly with a particular genre so switch often. I have my faves but to music is Art and is the eyes of the beholder ( in this case the ears )
