So you're suggesting that the police let him finish before arresting him ? Not sure that's viable and where does it end ? I'm just finishing my conversation with my friend here and then I'll go with you officers, because I'm entitled to free speech ? Not sure arrestee's have that right :laugh;

On the boldened part Rohaan, I've noticed that here with City folk as against country folk. Country folk tend to hold you at a distance until they suss you out, but when they become friends they are real friends.
Would agree with this to a large extent, reminds me of being in Spain and the friendliness I receive when I explain i'm Irish and not English I do think that we have our own experiences though and if we treat people with respect and friendliness we will get it back, more from some, than others.
Corruption & Being stripped of a lot of their natural resources by other countries in the world, which has promoted and encouraged the corruption in a lot of cases.
