Well first of all, he has the majority in the senate right now, why is why more than 162 bills passed by congress - including jobs bills- are still sitting on Harry Reid's desk.

Moreover, Obama had TOTAL control of the house and Senate for two full years before America said ENOUGH! and voted them out.

As far as the rest - You still haven't answered my ONE QUESTION, so why should I do you the courtesy of answering yours?

It would be more fitting to ask Americans in general what they think about the auto bailout. What Obama never mentions is that bailing out the car industry initially cost $80 billion, or roughly $30,000 per automotive worker.

And despite the sector’s mild resurgence, taxpayers are still owed $25 billion from GM and its former financing firm.

And along those lines, the most "intolerant" and extreme group here in the states are the so-called Liberals (democrats), who blindly attack Romney's Mormon religion with insults and inaccuracies, and who generally want to stifle all religion in favor of their Government God.

True enough - but there is no Christian religion that I can think of that openly sanctions these individual nutters. The one bizarre little congregation that's out protesting military funerals and such is DETESTED by all other Americans. Utterly detested. Yet Freedom of Speech prohibits us from stopping it.

We have all largely grown up in a multi-cultural world at this point since the concept of "Global Village" has never been so prevalent as our age of internet and travel. To me, the only religion that steadfastly promotes violence is the radical Islamists.

Americans have been living and interacting quite happily among all the various religions for years and years. I live across the street from Hindu's, and now have a new Buddhist neighbor who is welcomed with as much enthusiasm and anyone else. Muslims, by and large, are treated the same except for the extremists who only accept their own religion as valid.

It is not our tolerance that is the problem here - but theirs.

At this point, even the liberal media has to cover the obvious "indescrepancies" in the administrations story about Libya, about his bug Romney tax lie, about wasserman-scultz's big lie, and so on. When actual news events happen that even they have to report, you know Obama is in trouble.

Pretty weak accusation there; light topic, incorrect facts. Is that the best you can do.

Obama, Clinton, Axelrod, Rice and others have all been exposed for a complete lie and cover-up this week regarding Libya. Now they say they never claimed to blame the Libya massacre on a viral video even though there are recording after recordings, plus a $70 million ad campaign in Libya that says otherwise.

Do they honestly believe people are too stupid to see with their own eyes????

Even better - Debbie Wasserman-Shultz claimed she never said something she was quoted on this week - and when they played back the tape of her saying EXACTLY that - she STILL said it was a lie.

Really now... Serial liars should not cast stones in the first place - but when your lies are 10X's bigger and you are clearly busted red-handed, it's probably smart to think twice before pointing fingers or using such a weak argument to base your claims.

Ali, Maybe you can tell me what is the significance or religious reason for not wearing jewelery during a certain month in the Muslim religion????

There is a story going about that Obama's wedding ring and watch were missing from his hands for that particular month. When asked he said they were are the jewelers for repairs.

At the time, I dismissed the story but maybe between Ali and Intom we can see if there is any truth to this since it is in keeping with this thread's topic.

Nah...I've never felt the need to be a feminist (although there are a few bras I would like to burn). But overall, I'm perfectly confident with my station in life and have no problem with men being men and women being women.

By the way...sitting next to me at Mayo Clinic for three months was a young black woman who's husband also was having a transplant. They had no money and his health insurance and disability had run out long before they found a donor for him.

Yet somehow he was receiving the same excellent level of treatment as the insured patient - and they also set the woman up in one of their own "crisis" houses where she was able to live rent free while he received treatment.
