It looks like the UN is at it again. You would think with all the taxes coming down the pike to pay for Obamacare and our huge deficit, we would finally tell the UN and it's Agenda 21 to go pound sand.

We have a TON of unemployed people over here right now and it's through no fault of their own. I think it would depend on the circumstances. In my age range, I would be less inclined to date someone if they have not built up any savings by now. Not because of the money itself, but because it tells me that the person probably has not made good choices throughout their life. The amount of money a person makes isn't nearly as important as what they choose to do with it. Living beyond your means is just not something I would be interested in. I've saved all my life even when I was dead broke and it wasn't easy - and I've always lived on a budget...I wouldn't be happy with someone who doesn't have the same discpline.
Oops. I agree it's jobs - but good jobs; not "shovel ready" crap jobs that will evaporate in three years. Get our corporations back up and running and the rest will take care of itself. More people paying into the tax system + less people taking unemployment + higher GDP = instant deficit reduction.

A half a million less registered Democrats in Ohio alone, and it's a trend reflected in just about all the states. The current polls have RADICALLY oversampled the democrats this year making the poll results very inaccurate.
"Voter registration in the Buckeye State is down by 490,000 people from 4 years ago. Of that reduction,. 44 percent is in Cleveland and surrounding Cuyahoga County, where Democrats outnumber Republicans more than two to one.
"I think what we're seeing is a lot of spin and hype on the part of the Obama campaign to try to make it appear that they're going to cruise to victory in Ohio," Cuyahoga County Republican Chairman Rob Frost said. "It's not just Cuyahoga County. Nearly 350,000 of those voters are the decrease in the rolls in the three largest counties, Cuyahoga, Hamilton and Franklin."
Ohio is not alone. An August study by the left-leaning think tank Third Way showed that the Democratic voter registration decline in eight key swing states outnumbered the Republican decline by a 10-to-one ratio. In Florida, Democratic registration is down 4.9 percent, in Iowa down 9.5 percent. And in New Hampshire, it's down down 19.7 percent.

I thought that was a classic "gotcha" moment. Obama's team tries to villianize Romney for putting his dog in a crate on the car - only to have it slip out that Obama ate dogs as a child.
Then they try to make a big deal about the Mormon religion and pologamy, only to find out that Obama's father, grandfather and great-grandfather were all polygamists.

What I don't understand is how you can be working the stock market and obviously trying to plan for retirement, and still support someone who's just cut your income in half with all this quantative easing. ABC News calls it "wild speculation" but liberals and the liberal media are repeating the rumor as if it is gospel.
This instantly brings to mind reports claiming Democrats were starting to panic over Obama's reelection prospects, panic over Romney's outraising Obama for campaign donation, and panic about "paving the road for a Romney administration," as a DSCC message declares.
Barack Obama, Democrats and liberals have been throwing everything, including the kitchen, sink at Mitt Romney and nothing is working. They have implied Romney is a felon with not even a hint of any investigation against him, they have attacked Romney's business experience because to liberals making money and being successful is some kind of crime, they have attacked his wife, his religion, his term at Bain, and last but not least, one liberal bimbo actually attacked his underwear.
Reid's latest rumor-mongering is further proof that Democrats are truly in panic mode because the two issues Americans are the most concerned about, jobs and the economy, are the two issues that are driving voters from Obama to Romney.

Liberal pollsters and the Soros Media are doing everything in their power to control this election and part of that is using 2008 data NOT 2010 data (which they have actually admitted). There is a BIG difference in the outcome if you use the 2010 numbers.

"Mitch McConnell attacked the Department of Justice for using its Office of Public Affairs to collude with left-wing advocacy organization Media Matters for America on Wednesday.
“The leader has said that the best way to address these types of actions is to change the administration,” McConnell spokesman Don Stewart told The Daily Caller. “And the bottom line is this: If the Justice Department had spent as much time getting to the bottom of Fast & Furious as it has on this, it wouldn’t have taken so long to start getting some real answers.”

That's right — the federal government owes about $14 million in unpaid taxes. A Treasury Department watchdog office says that 70 federal agencies owed taxes at the end of last year.
