THE APIARY
Chapter I:
LANDSCAPING
(Fragment)
XVIII.
“The woman who has truly learned to love is wise, even for the most reckless man, for she knows the disposition of his heart, thus she bestows upon him the golden Patience, she bears his most protective care and watches over him from evil. That is a noble Woman, among others, for such Sacrifice, the meekness of her heart spreads wisdom. Such a Woman, has every right to scold herself, over the man, because she does not look for his follies but helps him understanding them and conquer the war within himself, - such a woman, lifts, does not mock, - it honors, it does not degrade, - and that is because of Gentleness. Let the Woman become wise, knowing the power of her heart!..”
