First impression, please?
What do you think this book is about? It isn't published yet, this is the cover reveal, and if I knew what you saw, or failed to see, I would know how to word the tweets and posts needed to fill in the gaps.The cover won't be changing although if you have really strong opinions they'll be taken on board for when it IS revamped.
A couple of people do know what it is about, because they were test readers
but no spoilers, okay? I'd still appreciate your comment. A couple will mock, I expect that, a cheerful one finger salute to you

However..If I didn't know I would say it's about someone who had a near death experience or a serious illness and has recovered and been given a second chance in life...

I like the title. It sounds like a story or a documentary relating to getting a second chance for something to happen in ones life.
Something on the cover confuses me. Maybe a darkblue margin would suit better than having it in black. JMO.
If you don't want to change the cover maybe you could write another story to go with it?
I wouldn't mind the cover myself for some book I've been wanting to write and never got around to.
Now, if the story is about a man and a woman then a silhouette of the couple would take away the religious connotation. Now, if it's about animals can't help you....

Okay, spoilers. The book is about a mature woman suddenly back on the singles scene. Her name is Dorothy, and there is a sub-theme lightly linked to the Wizard of Oz (the book version from 1901) hence the rainbow.
The photo was to suggest late afternoon / Indian summer / mature singles

2b, yes, a kind of rebirth but in confidence, not spiritual. Unfortunately the rainbow has to be there as it is a link to the theme.

Although I do like action movies and movies with a great plot, I am not so much one to watch movies. I am more of a writer and actor .. I prefer to be on the side that's entertaining, rather than being the side that's getting entertained. I don't know why that is.
I've been writing since I was a child. Some fun and some drama and some.. craziness too.
I'm sure you must be a great writer!
I agree with imbackagain. But I would add the word "SHORT" to it.
If my memory serves me well, there is never any rainbow that lasts long.. that's why we treasure it. No?
