My failed attempt at a Vlog.....lol

So because I don't make videos on youtube, seems I can't post a vlog instantly available for everyone to see......not to mention, I'm a horrible conversationalist when the conversation is onesided with no response....I'd feel like a narrator in one of those nature shows on the Discovery Channel. So because it is now 6:40 in the morning and too early to express any notion of imagination without my morning coffee, I've decided to throw in my own vlog/music video (or link, because I'm not cool enough for youtube lol)...it can also be found on my profile. But eh.....just because...well, good morning everyone

Singing is just a form of expression for me because I have absolutely horrible awkward social skills....I'm a bit of an introvert....so I sing..it's much easier for me

Imb thank you....as a matter of fact I had looked into it but apparently I'm too old for American Idol

....so I had made an appt in NY for The Voice for audition but never ended up going because my car had died at that time so it just never happened

Imb...I believe with American Idol, you have to be younger than 28, I think....IMO age shouldn't be a factor.....especially to limit so young. I've been singing since I was about 5 years old and was involved in theater growing up. It was always so frustrating because I would always wonder why I was so socially awkward when I grew up in that kind of environment....but when I would do these events, in my mind, the people would just disappear and the voice comes from within....like I wasn't even there. It's something I'm sure many musicians would understand. The music is a part of who they are....without expressing it, some feel anxiety or depression. Kinda funny how all that works

Molly.....because I started very young, it was more of my parents' idea to put me in theater, one because I could sing, two because they wanted to socialize me with other children more and three because it was a religious theater involvement. I did it for many years but as an adult now, I do it because it makes me happy, it's a part of who I am, a form of self expression. Music connects people on a whole new level that will never completely be understood.
