After 10 years, Ive decided to post a blog so I can keep track of my blog comments!

last xmas myself and a best friend fell out after 35 years of been excellent friends and it was all to with another guy that treated relations of mine badly even though that guy was related to me usually at xmas time we meet for a drink because he takes holidays and travels back to ireland for xmas .amas gone i rang him to meet for a drink and he told me this yr he wouldnt be meeting me this xmas because i wasnt friends with the other guy and it was too awkward i said fine sure we can meet some other day but he declined the offer and i was very hurt by it.
last nyt i was out he was in the local pub and ignored me but his wife is a very gd friend of mine said we should patch it up i said no problem but ive decided to move if ppl cant make time for me for xmas drink was the friendship really one in the first place please be honest with me as what should i do? thank you all

I am on Dating web pages for very long, and always back when a relationship ends.
I think it is a good opportunity to express what we want and check if it really matches and not only look at the person and body and think, that's my man (or from the mans perspective : that is my girl)

I am too old to fall in love on the first sight and everything around a/the person do not matter.
I can see there is a lot of from the other side that matters. So on a web page you can already check
match or not. Like or not.

Please accept the age matches, call it restrictions, but accept the fact, that the person do not want to date someone 10 years younger or older what it is in the description written.

Introduce yourself nicely, tell your name.
Tell how you found the profile, why you are writing, because "we" have the same interests or what you read in the profile.
Of course the picture is important but nothing more boring is "I like your picture"
"you have a nice and warm smile"
" I like your dimples, very sweet"
"is that Paris, Bahamas, the Alps, x x x x x..." when you recognize something.
"Do you love travelling, as I love? I know the place, have been there already...."
"I can see you like bikes, skiing, swimming, what else hobbies do you have?"
" I like kayaking diving, beach volleyball, chess ,do you play chess"

But please stop asking stupid questions.
Be creative, don't be scared to ask nice and intelligent questions.
Study the profile, what does it tells you?
Ask and please, if we ask you something, then respond with a honest answer and start asking questions yourself.
How do you want her to get to know her better, if you did not ask?

I had contact with stupid copy and paste texts and I was wondering, how they found me and could write, as I could see, that they never checked my profile.
I was wondering, if I ask questions, where are you originally from, when the English was very bad, or when they told me, I am from Europe, Swiss, Bavaria and I started to talk in German.
This a a story for another blog, for the scammers on this side.
