Fall Haiku
beginning of fall is near
cool breeze is blowing
contemplation
reflecting waters
ancient memory..

Morning light calling
together our voices raised
sweet heavenly sound
Dark Night
rain down on Batman’s cave and
bullets cloud summer.
Pandemonium!
Life’s delicate balance lost.
Summer tears stream down.
I am not surprised,
says son's mother, reported.
Summer reign shocks world.

the sleeping dog awakens
then bolts from the room
dancing in the dark
fireflies paint lines of light
in exquisite designs
multi-coloured lights
searching the northern sky

brazen yellow, sun kissed
petals, brightly greet
The dawn of the day
magically the sun rises
flooding with colour
Gently the stems quake
as caught by the breeze they shake
quiver in its wake
Matching yellow bird
soars over the display of beauty
adding its sweet notes
A vision of bliss
such a simple little thing
the joy of nature

One more year took a spin
To start new again
Hop on the last train
En route to new adventures
