My exact thinking about prayer. Our Lord God Almighty is the creator, He knows all the answers and if you stay with Him in prayer you will have joy in the Lord.

Bacon and ham are on my menu! Chicken or turkey dogs...sometimes. But not bologna. I used to when I was kid though. And I have to admit it does taste good.
i don' care to interpret dreams because I think that dreams are just dreams and nothing more. But there are several interpretations in books that you can get at a bookstore. Or try to google it. They may have an answer.

Your right! I am growing alot of stuff for that reason. I don't have to buy a head of lettuce and let it rot. I can go to my 5 gallon pot and snip a couple of leafs or more and they are fully green and delicious! The same things for other greens and tomatoes!!! Chili peppers, too!

My profile pic was taken at my favorite fishing like where I like to see nature. I know exactly what you mean. I can just go for a small hike and see tons of great stuff your eyes misss everyday in the course of working and not paying attention.

When I was a kid a movie came out called "The Money Tree", I think, and it was just about that little phenomena. So the people picked the bills off and put them in the bank or a safe deposit box or something like that. Dang! I can't remember it was so long ago.
Anyway, the bills withered and turned brown like leaves in the fall.
It is so cool to see what you actually did because sometimes it all gets lost in the describing it. But the weather looked great, the clouds defended the people at the parade from the hot sun. the parade definitely looked hometown and the people look like they all had a good time, the sightseeing was fantastic, the eating looked delicious and you have another shot of precious to remember her because she will grow up too fast!
Tomorrow is Americas Independence Day and there will be fireworks all over, lots of eating, parades all over and just alot of fun.

Shay: I am so happy the 2 of you, you know who, got onto my page and saw my loves. It just makes me happy that I was able to share that with the 2 of you. When I first joined CS I saw you 2 girls and I knew that if we were all in the same place we would be real good friends. It's just something you feel in your heart and I feel it! And that goes for several other people on CS, too.!

I just think it's nice when a man and a woman love each other so much they can be together a lifetime. Seeing as how we are all, or just about all, looking for love and the secret to a long marriage I thought it was pretty appropriate.
The other half of the search is finding a partner that can think the same thing.
I washed the car, cleaned my little hut, watered the plants, visited with my son, called my daughter and as usual she didn't answer the phone so I left a message (my daughter and my nefew both have cell phones and they NEVER answer them), visited with my buddy Sam, checked the CS blogs all day and now I'm getting ready for bed.
I allegedly "fell in love" with someone and it didn't work out. She now has profile up again and I can see why I didn't believe her. The profile name is a giveaway of her immaturity.
Some people just never grow up and act adult. So you show them how an adult acts and ignore the person.
I cannot speak for others as to why they do what they do.
I do things only to please me and not for recognition. I help my neighbor because he deserves it. I try not to gossip or judge because I know I am imperfect.
The exception is obeying God and I am terrible when it comes to that, but HE knows that I am a sinner and HE loves me just the way I am because I have faith in HIS son Jesus Christ!
But when I was a young man I fell into the recognition trap. It was sad and I try not to be there anymore!
Actually I don't bother to look at that stuff because it doesn't interest an old guy like me.
But I once "stumbled" onto the rating section and I was so surprised that some women actually voted me a "10". I wanted to reach out and smooch these ladies for being so nice.
