I read the same article and I had to chuckle a bit. I have 88 years old twins sisters and one of them has probably drunk at least a pot of coffee a day, or more, everyday all of her life. The other one has not done more than maybe a cup a day. They are both still in great health for their age.
Shows to goya that maybe all these studies don't mean a thing.
Our church will celebrate the rising of Christ on sunday which we call Advent Sunday. Yes, He really suffered for us. I wished more people understood that. I will pray about it.
Have a good celebration my sister from another mother but the same Father! Amen!!
All the groups I want to see in concert are old groups that appear at county fairs and small venues. That is good because the ticket price is reasonable and sometimes free.
But a concert is not that important for me now. I don't think I would want to spend hundreds of dollars for a ticket way up in the last row of a huge concert hall because you know who will have all the good tickets! Very rich people and who can compete with them!!
I am partial to parrots. I used to bird sit an African Grey and it loved to dance. It would imitate a "snapping finger sound" and dance right in rhythm!
You are 100% correct except for one thing. Some bloggers claim spirituality and not Christianity. But that's not important.
What is important is that she does exactly what she wants and that is to blog about her political feelings. I e-mail her frequently and let her know that I am praying for her safety. She accepts my prayers even though she is not Christian.
Good blog and support bolstered by the Holy Spirit!
KC was his name! The best pet I ever had. An Orange tiger tabby that was too cool!!
This cat loves. you. No amount of jostling her makes her leave. Your in trouble, buddy, that's all I gotta say. Next is a catnip mouse, then a ball, then this then that! Your in trouble!!!!
I suggest you read "The Pearl" by John Steinbeck. I have many of his novels and they are all great. He was quite a writer and was very nice to the image of the Mexican and Mexican-American people. And Chinese, too.
Actually I was looking forward to treatment. I have a wonderful family that I wanted to see a little longer. But I know what you mean. Keep you chin up. You won't regret it!
I just prayed that God Almighty sends tons of angels to comfort and care for you! Amen!!
I know exactly how you feel. When I had chemo I would sit all day with a tube in my arm pumping some poison to kill the cancer. I would be worn out with the session and I would go home and go right to sleep. I then had another chemo treatment for 2 days at home. The chemo center attached a small ball that looked like a little football and that pumped more poison into my heart. Then once a month I would have my boodie zapped for 5 seconds which wasn't so bad. But the agony of taking a bus 25 miles because I wasn't allowed to drive also tired me out.
The best part? In no time you will be well, your cancer in remission and you'll be dancing like a teenager again!
I am talking freely about it with you so when I say I feel for you. I really do!
I have all kinds of hand and finger pain but I know my body is getting old. I relieve it by being active and, believe it or not, when I play my conga drums the pain goes away! Slapping the head skins works wonders!!!!
In Southern California we have a rain season usually in December so we get all of our rainfall during a month. However, in the last couple of years we have been getting rain sporadically year round. That's unusual for us. When I lived in Colorado it rained all summer. But we also had the possibility of tornados.
