I haven't seen this thread before because I took a long break from CS, and I agree with what you say, but your comment about not responding to puppyeyes is a little unfair.
Some of us have learned the hard way that at times no response is the best course of action to such idiotic posts.
The smell of pipe tobacco reminds me of my dear granddad too, he died when I was around 12 but I was his first grandchild so we had a special relationship.
I've seen an introduction thread today from Brian and I just thought how brave it is to come on here and do that.
I don't think I did, it was so long ago now that I don't remember. I think I read a few threads and posts for a while before I took the plunge and made a contribution.
If you were going to introduce yourself today, knowing how 'astute' (being kind here!) CS members are, what would you say?
Music always brings back memories but smells too evoke long forgotten moments. I love perfumes and colognes and I change mine frequently so they all remind me of times in my life and men that I've known.
The scent of tangerines always trigger memories of Christmas when I was a child.
The scent of jasmine reminds me of the first house my ex and I bought, it framed the fence outside the front door.
Talcum powder, I never buy it, but if I catch the subtle scent it reminds me of my kids when they were babies and I used to talc their little bottoms.
Do you remember the last attempt on her life? The site of the bombing was cleaned up so quickly that there was very little to use forensically, something which Bhutto herself commented on.
What would you do?
Thanks pseq, no names but I'm sure most people here know who it is!The wine helped!
