God no, I sleep for England or whichever country I'm in!
I find that when I'm working and I have early morning classes I sleep on average 5 hours, but that's not through choice. Then come the weekend and I don't have to get up, I've been known to sleep 10 hours solid!
There was an element of seriousness about my post. There are some questions I would never come and ask here because I know I would rather trust the opinion of somebody not on a dating site.
Don't we all change a little when we're in a relationship? Change maybe the wrong word.....we live our day to lives in a different way because we have somebody else to think about?
Although this is an International Forum, the majority are undoubtedly from the USA.
I''d like to know what people really think of the European posters and whether they value what we have to contribute. So many times I've read posts from Americans criticising what we say because we don't live in the USA and therefore (in their opinion) don't know what we're talking about.
Don't you find yourself doing it in the classroom sometimes Elley? I do, when for the umpteenth time the students tell you what they did at the weekend. Spanish students rarely say anything different than I went to the beach or the country with my friends or my family!
I always manage to feign interest though, whilst silently screaming.
As for men, it depends what the woman he is with is saying and how long they've been together. I can remember my ex suffering numerous bouts of amnesia when I brought up something I'd been talking to him about.
Listening is a skill as we teachers know, but many people have lost the capability to do so preferring instead to read.....emails, texts, forum posts!
