Hope you are all coping this weekend....you too Phoenix!

I´m feeling especially happy because I had the results of blood tests yesterday. I went to the doctor to let her know that I´d finally stopped smoking, and as is the norm here in Spain, an occasional visit to the doctor results in a complete blood screening!

My results are three pages long, absolutely everything was measured and checked in that little phial of blood, and absolutely everything is perfect!!!! My doctor informed me that due to giving up smoking many of the readings have improved since the last time I had a blood test, in particular, my good cholesterol has increased and the nasty cholesterol reduced.

Isn´t that great! Just another incentive for me to keep on fighting.

I teach English mainly to adults, but they all want to to be able to cuss in English! I have a couple of taboo language lessons which always go down a storm

However, in reality, I don´t often swear and I dislike swearing when used in everyday conversation.
