Rua is Gaeilge (Irish), for red, (or more precicely ginger), as in the hair colour. For instance a madadh rua (red dog) is the gaelic word, or description, for a fox, also called shionnach, (where the word Shannon, name of the largest river in Ireland comes from). Shionnach means sly.

By the ay I got knocked off my feet today, well kinda swept off my feet more like. This man knocked on my door today and we got chatting and I have a date for the weekend. Emotionally and chemically bowled me right over........ Never knew what hit me when I said I'd go out with him.
I was up there in my youth. My ex was a climber. Used to spend every weekend there just after I got married, camped climbed and walked and fished. He stopped taking me when I caught more fish than him and bigger.

Starting over is really hard. I was thinking recently for leaving her eto live in warmer climes, even though it would be best ot wait another year, but then I thought of all the things I'd find unfamiliar and maybe uncomfortable for a while and decided to wait. I have started over in many new places over the years and it is the pits until you start to fit in properly.
