Claire, we both loved the dating life, but the married life is so much sweeter that a few give & takes here and there will not hender our love and happiness

We've got a lifetime to make all the memories we want to make; besides Earl & I are talking about building our own little cottage somewhere in the countyside within the next several years to spend the rest of our lives in I can't wait...we are so happy, it almost should not be believed

I hope your mystery man and yourself are also getting cozier as well

Actually we are doing something for Valentine's Day, just on a lower key since we have the mortgage, etc bills to pay for now. Oh well, welcome to married life

IMO...

Wisher...just daydreams about what he/she wants

Wanter...does just a bit more than a wisher..perhaps goes as far as making a list.

Believer..does even alittle more than the previous two...takes his/her wishes, makes a list of how to make the wishes come true..but doesn't see it through to the end. Believes, but maybe doesn't have the self discipline to complete the goal.

A Go Getter...takes his/her wishes, writes them down in a list by priority, develops a plan to complete his/her goal/wish, then completes the plan with a sweet success.

A Pessimistic.... frankly doesn't give a dang about even trying to see what is possible. Usually their negative attitutude stops them dead in their tracks before they ever give much of anything a chance.

I am a Wisher/Go Getter type...always dreaming and always trying to better myself and the world around me...I know kind of corny, but those who know me best can attest to this...just silly ole moi' again JMO Peaches

And you will be packed ready to go by at least Tuesday

The sleepless nights should kick in about Wednesday

The desire to eat or even been worth any good at work will be all over with by Thursday

And Friday, you will come alive more than you've felt in years, even though you've had no sleep, no food, and couldn't think straight at work if your job depended on it for days

Then you'll board that plane and be so HAPPY...it will be hard to put it into words

Believe me if it works out like both your hearts are telling you now
you'll have just as much trouble trying to get through your days without having "R" on your mind 24/7, from then on.

I don't know if it was harder for Earl & I before we met, or after we met and we knew this was what we had both so long searched for in a lifemate. Time seemed to stand still when we were apart and then flew by when we were able to be together! Draw in.. like a breath... every moment you will have together and make it memorable in each of your hearts my Dearest Brother-in-law.

Life is too short and precious not to share it with the person who makes you feel whole & complete no matter how apart you may be from each other.

Earl & I were both whole & complete before falling in love, but our love for one another is like real whip cream & the cherry on top of a great tasting sundae

An analysis of total recorded crime figures before 1998 also suggests that England and Wales have moved sharply up the league table since Labour came to power in 1997. Crimes fell from 5.5 million in 1993 to 4.5 million in 1997. By 1999, total crimes had risen again to 5.3 million.

Last night Oliver Letwin, the shadow home secretary, said: "This does rather blow a hole in David Blunkett's claim that New Labour has crime under control. It is a damning picture."

The UN reports also shows that England and Wales are the second-worst places in the world for assaults, with 851 people assaulted per 100,000, and seventh for burglaries and car theft, with 1,579 burglaries per 100,000 population.

Criminologists believe that a note of caution needs to be introduced into analysis of the data, because of the different ways in which UN member countries record crimes.

A Home Office spokesman said that officials had not yet seen the report and so could not comment.

The survey, which is likely to prove embarrassing to David Blunkett, the Home Secretary. shows that people are more likely to be mugged, burgled, robbed or assaulted here than in America, Germany, Russia, South Africa or any other of the world's 20 largest nations. Only the Dominican Republic, New Zealand and Finland have higher crime rates than England and Wales.

According to the comparison of international crime statistics produced by the UN's Office for Drug Control and Crime Prevention, England and Wales had 9,766 crimes for every 100,000 people in the year 2000. America had 8,517, South Africa 7,997, Germany 7,621 and Russia 2,022.
