I've lived in Hawaii for most of my life; and most of my friend's are Hawaiian.
The culture I most identify with, is Hawaiian.
Hawaii hasn't been a state very long.
When Hawaii was a kingdom, it was the most literate nation on earth.
Hawaiian didn't get to vote, until their population was more than decimated, and their votes don't count.
Our home was conquered by the Dole family, and some businessmen.
It was an illegal coup.
Woodrow Wilson was our president at the time; and he fought for the Hawaiian kingdom too.
But, he was voted out of office before he could help the queen.
When the sugar barons bought the land from one member of a Hawaiian family, they sent out assassins to kill off the whole family; so nobody could claim the land in court.
My friend has the original deed to Waikiki; but everybody who was loyal to the queen lost their land in the overthrow: and he's still wise about who he shows it to.
It makes me so sad to learn the history of what Americans did in Hawaii; and in America.
It's against my religion to go to somebody's home, and kill them.
I was born in America; but I've never felt American.
I was on the beach one day with a friend talking about Germans.
I said, they have a proud, stupid look on their faces.
My friend said, "They look like cows."
Just then two women walked by; and I called out, you're from Germany aren't you?
They turned around and answered proudly, Ya.
I'm part German; and I'm so glad I wasn't born in a place where everybody begins a sentence with the words, "I think," like there's no other reference point.

There is some genuine hypocrisy in Trump spending years criticizing Obama for taxpayer funded vacations and then taking a taxpayer funded vacation within two weeks of taking office.
Trump sold himself as a billionaire who will pay his own way, but one of his first acts as president is to take a vacation that will cost the taxpayers millions. IF Trump really were as frugal and business savvy as he makes himself out to be, he would choose a cheaper vacation like leaving Air Force One in the hangar and going to Camp David.
However, Trump is the ultimate watch his hands, not his lips president.
President Trump’s words are meaningless because he is acting like a man who is ready to live it up on the taxpayer dime.

It is estimated that Trump’s first vacation as president could cost taxpayers at least $3 million for the weekend. Politico reported:
President Donald Trump’s trip to his luxury resort in Mar-a-Lago this weekend could saddle taxpayers with a bill upward of $3 million and is already drawing the type of scrutiny Trump and other Republicans regularly heaped upon former President Barack Obama.

The closest approximation of the cost comes from a report the Government Accountability Office prepared in 2016 about one of Obama’s trips in 2013 at the request of Republican Sen. John Barrasso. The trip was actually quite similar to the one that Trump is about to take. It occurred in February 2013 over the course of four days. Obama flew from Joint Base Andrews to Chicago on Feb. 15 to deliver a speech on the economy and the middle class, then flew from there to Palm Beach, Florida. He returned on Feb. 18. But for the Chicago detour, Trump’s trip is almost identical. The cost of the 2013 trip for the Department of Defense and the Department of Homeland Security, which oversees the Secret Service, was $3.6 million, the GAO found.

Just 10 full days into his chaotic and grossly incompetent presidency, Donald Trump is already in need of some down time.
According to the Palm Beach Post, Trump is ducking out of D.C. for a long weekend at his Mar-a-Lago Estate, leaving on Friday and returning on Monday, Feb. 6.

The Federal Aviation Administration issued a notice of flight restrictions for the area for the coming weekend.
According to the notice, posted to the FAA website, Trump will arrive at his Mar-a-Lago Club on Friday, Feb. 3 and depart on Monday, Feb. 6.
Palm Beach County officials expressed concern last week that flight restrictions for a Trump visit would have a negative effect on the area, as the Secret Service will call for what amounts to a shutdown of the Lantana airport. The general aviation hub — listed as one of the 10 busiest in the country — sits within a 10-nautical mile radius of Mar-a-Lago, making it subject to strict flight controls.
While 10 days seems short given the fact that his first full week was defined by mind-boggling mismanagement, it’s actually surprising that Trump lasted this long.
Not only has he previously floated the idea of flying home to New York City on the weekends during his presidency, but he has also faced unprecedented protests since arriving in the nation’s capital. He can’t even keep all of his Republican colleagues on board with his agenda.
If things keep going this badly for the new president, Trump is likely to spend less and less time in the White House.

Even though they don't usually make 50% of the money, women also need to make 80% of the buying decisions, and 100% of the choice on whether our children live or die, and expect men to support children they never see, if they choose to have a man's child without his consent.
The pyramid of women's needs is built on the foundation of many men's bones.

Forcing other people to move their factories to America, while they leave their factories overseas, is just how they cripple their competition.
