I like to eat things that teach me how to keep from starving to death; because a lot of people in survival situations pass up food that looks or smells gross until it's too late to catch up on calories, and they starve to death.

He has nice energy saving recipes in it too: like heating a pressure cooker till it seals, then packing it in a box of straw all day to cook stews.
You might enjoy that book.
