On the ride there, he'd go over an 11,000 foot pass, and look down on a glacier.
The Beartooth Mountains look like their name; and Red Lodge is a nice little country town, that's a cooler place to hang out in the summer, than any other town in Montana.
I spent a month or two going in circles from Livingston down through Yellowstone, out to Idaho, and back again, and again: wandering around every back road between Montana, Wyoming, and Idaho...
Red Lodge could easily be on the way to US 85, in Utah... one of, if not the most beautiful highway the 50 states.
US 85 goes through a whole bunch of National Parks; where you can see wild buffalos, elk, deer, bears, etc, in scenic mountain settings. He's pretty much gotta travel on that highway!
I'm almost jealous of him; but, I know it had to change a lot, since the 80's.
Still, he should really enjoy his trip.
"Highway 200s," is way better to get across Montana, than I-90, and I-94 too.
Trump filed for bankruptcy a bunch of times, moved his manufacturing to 3rd world countries, and borrowed money from the Russians.
After Trump bragged about being so rich he'd pay for his own election, he began panhandling for the contributions... which enabeled him to become a temporary employee.
Trump couldn't afford to pay any Supreme Court Justice to quit.
If my pets could live as long as me, that'd totally change my life.
Knowing how devastated I'd be without my pets, makes me devote a major portion of my life to breeding animals.
My oldest dog is 13, which is old for an American Bulldog. I have 5 dogs in my yard that carry 50% of his genes, and one that is 75% of him. All but two of them are his grandpups; and I hope to breed at least one of them to him before he dies. Which means, It's possible for me to have dogs that have more of his genes than his puppies, for the rest of my life.
I have 8 cats that are all decendants of their great-grandma, who died almost 10 years ago.
I have 4 generations of fish.
I also caught a wild baby rooster last week; so that my hen (which lays me an egg every day) can reproduce.
I admit, I love raising the kekis; but I'd have a lot more freedom, and money, if I didn't have to keep so many animals; to make sure that I could always have at least part of each of them in my life, until I die.
It's off of the Interstate, and probably not on the route you planned; but more than likely, not too far out of they way.
I'll bet you'd like the ride over the Beartooth Mountains too...
Free bands playing block parties on the main drag of Red Lodge are one of my fondest memories from the area you might be cruising-
Not to mention the view getting there!
Welcome to Red Lodge
Tucked into a mountain valley between glaciers and plains, Red Lodge is a unique community that blends a love for the Great Outdoors with a strong spirit of hospitality and open friendliness. You could say we’re a beautiful 60-mile drive from anywhere — the economic and business center of Billings, Montana is just 60 miles north, the western rodeo town of Cody, Wyoming is an easy hour’s drive south, and, via either of two mountainous routes, the world’s outdoor playground of Yellowstone National Park is just 60 miles up (actually, south-west, but it feels like up).
Revelation 12:3 And there appeared another wonder in heaven; and behold a great red dragon, having seven heads and ten horns, and seven crowns upon his heads.
Revelation 13:1 And I stood upon the sand of the sea, and saw a beast rise up out of the sea, having seven heads and ten horns, and upon his horns ten crowns, and upon his heads the name of blasphemy.
Revelation 17:3 So he carried me away in the spirit into the wilderness: and I saw a woman sit upon a scarlet coloured beast, full of names of blasphemy, having seven heads and ten horns.
Revelation 17:7 And the angel said unto me, Wherefore didst thou marvel? I will tell thee the mystery of the woman, and of the beast that carrieth her, which hath the seven heads and ten horns.
Revelation 17:9 And here is the mind which hath wisdom. The seven heads are seven mountains, on which the woman sitteth.
