I can meditate for hours, with less than one breath per minute...
But, my basic state of mind, is meditation; and it's been that way since I was a child.
I spent a lot of time locked in closets before I could walk, and tied in bed when I learned how to walk.
That's when and how I learned to meditate.
After I began practicing meditation, those memories flooded back; and I realized, There's never been a time in my conscious life, when I wasn't in a meditative state.

I love that picture of a woman holding Trump by the orange squirrel that always comes in his mouth; the one with his butt ugly potato head cut off at his vocal chords the source where his fake news comes from. That beautiful picture that shows the blood pouring from his throat.
It should be mandatory that all the people he forces to swear loyalty to him, fly that picture everywhere they go, while pledging alligence to pissing on his grave 5 times a day, at every public gathering, at the beginning and end of every school day starting in preschool, before and after every meal; and it should be mandatory for everyone to wear it on t-shirts to celebrate every state and federal holiday.
Every sheet of toilet paper sold on earth, should have that picture if full color on it too, surrounded with proportionate pictures of his tiny little girl's hands.
Antibiotics kill the beneficial bacteria that naturally grows in our guts; and feeds bacteria (like candida) that's bad for us.
Things we get sold as probiotics often have candida feeding yeasts and/or preservatives in them, to make us dependant on buying more of them...
Yoghurt and kiefer, and fermented foods contain healthy bacteria, and should always be used with and after antibiotics, to build up the immune system, which antibiotic use harms.

If your vet isn't giving the cat enough antibiotics, the cat's building a tolerance to the antibiotics, the tolerance is going up by the hour; and if that happens too long, the cat will probably die.
I've only had one kitten die of a respiratory illness; and that was the one I didn't take responsibility for giving it enough antibiotics.
A kitten can handle 3cc's of penicillin, without being harmed by it.
The last kitten my momma cat had was a super cuddler, and always slept in my armpit, but hated getting a syringe full of penicillin in her mouth so much, I cut back on the dosage as soon as she showed signs of improvement; but the kitten got sicker.
(To remove liquid penicillin from the bottle, a 16 gauge needle on the syringe works better than a smaller gauge; but you take the needle off of the syringe, before you put the syringe in the cat's mouth.)
I finally started filling a 3 cc syringe with penicillin 3 times a day; and forcing it down her throat... now the kitten hates me; but she got better. Now, I'm buying her kitty treats, and feeding her by hand.
She's getting used to me again, and let's me pet her now. She was a super cuddler, and loved to sleep in my armpit.
I call her, Kisses; because before I gave her so many antibiotics, she'd spend lots of time kissing me. Now that I'm training her to take treats from my hands, she's starting to kiss my hands again; but she still won't let me catch her.
If I catch her, she'll cuddle and kiss for a little while; before she has a flashback of me wrapping her in a towel, holding her down, and giving her penicillin till it bubbled out of her nose... then, she runs away.
In time, I'll be cuddling her in my armpit again, and she'll forgive me; but even if it's never the same... She's alive and healthy.
If I were you, I'd buy penicillin from a horse supply store for respiratory illnesses ( it costs a few dollars more than regular penicillin); and I'd give her a lot more antibiotics than the vet, since the dosage the vet's giving doesn't seem to be working.
And if the dose the cat's getting isn't iworking, the cat will die.
When you have a choice of watching your cat die, or giving the cat more antibiotics...
The only choice you really have, is ignoring the vet's advice; and taking responsibility for your pets life. I've been treating cats for respiratory illnesses, and dogs with infections that could've been fatal for over 20 years, I even duct taped my dog's foot back onto the bone, after hosing out the wound, and filling it with penicillin... and all of the animals I treated got better. Doctors and vets are only licensed to "practice" medicine.
If the thing they're "practicing" isn't working to help your cat breathe without bubbles, or extra effort...
You're wasting your cat's limited time, your time and your money; and you have nothing to lose by doubling your cat's dose of antibiotics.
Disclaimer: I'm not a veterinarian; but I read enough books on veterinary science, that I taught my vet at least one thing he didn't know.
My childhood wasn't as bad as yours; but it was bad enough to make me move to Hawaii, and drop all contact with my relatives.
I've had more women than you, but none of them lasted long.
I learned that trying too hard, doesn't help.
I'd say, you need to embrace being alone; and find happiness without people; before you start looking for someone to make you happy.
Until you can find the strength in your life to be content in the state you're in; you'll probably seem too needy for most women.
It sounds like, and I don't blame you, you're still wanting your mom's love.
Sorry dude, you're not likely to get it; and until you can find strength being alone, you won't be much of a prize.
We all want to be needed; but not many of us want to be needed and depended on to give as much as you do.
Step back. Center yourself. Find your balance. Find God living in you; and take your strength from Jesus being part of you; and learn from the example of love he gives.
I'm not saying to go to church. I'm saying to learn from his example of feeding the poor, from healing the sick, from defending the weak, and from giving his life to help others.
Look, his life wasn't that different from yours...

He overcame the life he was given; by finding love in his heart for everyone...
It sounds like you have love to offer; but love is a giving thing. To give and take, you need to learn how to give first.
Wait until you find a woman who needs you, as much as you need her.
Measure love by what you wish to give, not what you wish to get.
Find a woman to comfort. Find a woman you want to live for.
Love is only fulfilling, if you're needed.
Needing someone, is only a small part of love.
It might take meeting and loving 100 women, before you find the right one that needs and loves you, the way you love her. The more you learn to give, the sooner you're likely to find her.
