Right now I'm seriously considering becoming homeless for a year, so I can save enough for a boat; and with Trump in office, I'm afraid I should've done it last year.
If I could afford to walk away from tens of thousands of dollars in equity, with nothing but a debt and bad credit... I'd be living on a boat right now.
"Some men in the very first message like to make poor excuse that;'he is a very busy man with work and life and doesn't have time to visit CS site and there for preferring exchange of private emails so he can send more pictures etc. I really dislike dicitful, shifty, manipulative, pushy people. .. or when some ask you stright away about your finencial status and if owning any property?"
Kinda like all the women's profiles with 20 year old pictures, that say, they enjoy fine dining, good wine, traveling, and want a real man who can take care of them.
Too bad we can't put em both in a ring, and let Kim kung fu the snot out of Donny. Kim's hands are so much bigger than Trumps, and Trumps too fat. It wouldn't be much of a fight. Let's face it, Trump's not a 1 anymore.

"This debate has gone on for years and probably will never be satisfied to everybody`s expectations. What do you believe?. Should all guns be banned or do you believe that your rights supercede the rights of innocents to live?"
The OP is a classic "Either Or" reasoning fallacy.
But since this reasoning fallacy comes from somebody who can't think of anything to do with a gun, besides taking the life of innocents: the OP and everybody who agrees with the first post should never be allowed to own a gun.
I was at the courthouse. To change a lightbulb it took one man to hold the bulbs, one to move the ladder, and one to climb the ladder.
I was at the University. To change a light bulb, they had 5 guys working, with one driving a cherry picker.
I go to the park, and see a full cab city pickup truck parked in the shade... with 4 or 5 guys sleeping in it, before and after they take their lunch break.
The worst part about them, is the energy they suddenly get when they can harrass a homeless person for sleeping in the park.
On my way home, the road is backed up with traffic... As we begin leaving the traffic jam, we pass a bunch of guys leaning on shovels.
Basically, 9/10ths of our government employees are on enhanced welfare.
I was reffering to the one who quoted me, and took issue with the difference beteewn South America and South Africa...
...without noticing that I was talking about the South in America; apperidently because, they either don't know where Louisiana, Arkansas, or Texas are located, or because they didn't read enough to understand what they were talking about.
RE: OOopps!...Wikileaks Threatens To Release Trumps Tax Returns...uh, Duuuh!
We were supposed to get a golf course, that would make the value of our land, Go up so high...But, it's been years since anybody talked about that.
