I have an Epson 3590 Photo scanner with a little door on top to feed negatives into. (yes I am looking online for information but have not found any yet)
I am trying to scan negatives but keep getting the error message that the scanner cannot find the document.
I had a few dates with a really nice widow. But he kept talking about his wife who died 2 1/2 years ago. I know I'll never live up to his expectations, and we are just friends now.
Yes I have an issue with that. Bingo IS legalized gambling. I never played until a few months ago, with a friend.
People (mostly women) were throwing $20's at the ticket sellers, the floor was littered with thousands of loser $1.00 tickets.
The priest was at the back of the room counting receipts. I was disheartened, and did start a thread about this.
I never really gambled at a casino until last month in Oklahoma at the Indian casinos. Again, disheartened at how many people were throwing money away and so quickly!
I'm glad there is no gambling in Ohio at this time, and I see how addicted some people can be to gambling.
I'm all for legalized pot, and for gambling (even though I'm glad there is none in Ohio). It's the personal responsibility for people to use self-control.
I think he would drive a van loaded with supplies of blankets and food. The supplies would never run out. He would wear the clothing of when He was around back then, and still have long hair, probably in a ponytail.
He would listen to whatever music seemed appropriate for the people he is trying to reach.
My friend and I drove from Cleveland to Blanchard Oklahoma. We stayed for a month.
From my friend's country house, it takes about 15 minutes to get to the nearest store, it's a gas station/store/restaurant. The whole state is hooked on fried okra, fried tomatos, fried biscuits, fried potatoes, white gravy, fried, fried, fried!!!! :))) We went out a few times for meals, if it isn't fried, it's smoked !!!
The soil there is bright red, and it rained three of the four weeks we were there. That was better than the heat they usually have. There are 10 acres of land around their house. It's a 3-bedroom, two bath ranch style house. The bedrooms are under the hill, it is earthen sheltered. It's too far away from everything for my comfort, and once you get to "town" it's very small. Of course, Norman Okla. is about 20 miles and that's a larger city, as well as Okla. City, about 35 miles, not sure.
I noticed that there were no bars around, then realized that everyone goes to the casinos for beer, drinks and even music. They had a lot of scheduled musicians, Grand Funk RR was coming, and BB King, Four Tops, and of course a lot of country musicians I never heard of. It was fun riding back here, we stopped in St. Louis, MO for a casino break. Glad to be home!
