Thinking without deciding
I've been thinking lately of taking in a lodger or two ...not too sure though If I'd be too good at giving up my own space & ways to allow sharing with another.
I'm pretty certain all would go well to begin with
but given I'm the type who insist the toilet roll goes down and under, I reckon after a very short while, I could very easily become the land lady from hell
So as much as I'd like to venture down road, one must stay on the path of reality....
or perhaps I should challenge myself and my ways
would you, could you or have you shared your home with a stranger?
If yes, would you advice it

Yes, we're very happy....dated him about 20 years ago and we went separate ways in life...funny how things just led us back again. We've both battled our demons of the younger years and now have a much more mature approach at a relationship ...it's a wonderful thing! He's actually now cleaned up nicely, no more beard or mustache and the blue eyes got me ......thought I'm not sure who Falkineddy is
I kinda lost that book, would you happen to have it now?
Richman poor man, looking at him again, perhaps not so much but at first glance he did remind me of him.
Actually
what happened
is unlike me
but i agree
it is a mistake
i honestly

that would be heartless
But if he's ever looking for lodgings in Ireland

Won't hesitate to say I like you.

You are authentic, your viewpoint be wrong or right.
I hope you don't take me otherwise.

Ever had any Irish lodgers to be dealing with, interested in your take on us
Thanks I'll take what you've said on board, but I'll be knocking it on the head for a while ...
apricate the input though
Indeed, it could be a great thing or at least a valuable lesson taught .
I imagine some cities in Canada have instituted that law to keep the death rate down from landlords turfing tenants out with a complete disregard for their welfare, or where they might go next.
As a landlord you have ethical and legal responsibilities. Tenants are not disposable commodities, nor are they lodgers for your lifestyle convenience.

we do/did have an eviction ban here, so I'm aware of the reasons why, but I do appreciate the info just the same
Both tenant and landlords, needs to respect each other....
it's not a one way street.
If tenants are not for one's lifestyle convenience, then why have them
even if I don't agree with it.
Howdy do little lady
no I couldn't be doing with them either, even if I do fancy me a bacon sandwich
I reckon I'd be sued by many for discrimination, so for financial reasons, I think I've made the right decision.
No lodgers welcome at my cave
Knowing myself, I hate sharing..
