More like a Federal semi-presidential republic under an authoritarian dictatorship and my thoughts are for the Russian people as a whole and the many who have defected because of Putin and this situation.

Agreed, that's one of the reasons my whole mindset changed when I started talking to common Russian folk I met in the merchant navy as well as some Wagner pmc's I met in Central Africa.
