Another Republican leader on board for impeachment.
Last week it was former presidential candidate Mitt Romney who backed impeachment of Trump.
Today another Republican former presidential candidate is now on board with impeachment.

Since Trump took office, more Republicans have switched away from that party, than I remember at any other time in my life. Most recently the Republican leaders with a conscience are slowly aligning themselves with impeachment. It will be interesting to see how many others follow. Despite Trump's online rah rahs shrugging Trump's illegal activity off, as Kasich points out, this is "an extremely serious matter".
And unfortunately this matter is just the tip of the illegal Trump iceberg.
If Pence is also impeached, I sincerely doubt Pelosi is pardoning either one of them.
If Pence is not impeached, he will have no authority to pardon Trump from his non-federal crimes and several of them are awaiting Trump in the Southern District of New York, when his presidency is done, one way, or another.

"I can understand why executives would withhold military aid if it was in the sense of public policy, but you don't withhold military aid to anybody ... for political reasons," Kasich said.

I had a friend a few years back that told me he was seeing this woman. This woman was a Christian and cheated on her husband countless times, eventually divorced, she lied, she stole, she dated men after men after men, cheating on countless boyfriends. Muslim Book Store
So, I was walking through Chicago and I saw that there was a 'Muslim book store'. I was wondering just what exactly was in a Muslim book store so I went in. I was wandering around, taking a look when a clerk stopped me and asked if he could help me. I imagine I didn't look like his normal clientele so I asked 'Do you have a copy of Donald Trumps book on U.S. immigration policy regarding Muslims and illegal Mexicans'? So R came by..
She spent just around 24 hours here, and then she went home again. She had to attend the Cher gig last night, so she needed a place to crash. She is always welcome here, which she knows.
The visit went as I thought it would. A few awkward silences, but it was nice to see her again. She will be back on Friday, for some movie work, so she's gonna crash here as well. I like having her around, since I have someone to talk to in bed.
I also made sure not to make the same mistakes as before, so her and I are alright again. When it was time for her to leave, I went with her to Copenhagen to see her off, and to buy her birthday present. I am 99% sure I picked the correct item, but I will know on Friday!
Now I can just relax and pass the time until I have to work tomorrow. It'll be nice coming back.

The businessman, Lev Parnas, is a close associate of Giuliani and was involved in his effort to investigate Trump’s political rival, former Vice President Joe Biden, who is a leading contender for the 2020 Democratic Party nomination.
Giuliani said Parnas’ company, Boca Raton-based Fraud Guarantee, whose website says it aims to help clients “reduce and mitigate fraud”, engaged Giuliani Partners, a management and security consulting firm, around August 2018. Giuliani said he was hired to consult on Fraud Guarantee’s technologies and provide legal advice on regulatory issues.
Federal prosecutors are “examining Giuliani’s interactions” with Parnas and another Giuliani associate, Igor Fruman, who was also indicted on campaign finance charges, a law enforcement source told Reuters on Sunday.
The New York Times reported last week that Parnas had told associates he paid Giuliani hundreds of thousands of dollars for what Giuliani said was business and legal advice. Giuliani said for the first time on Monday that the total amount was $500,000.
Giuliani told Reuters the money came in two payments made within weeks of each other. He said he could not recall the dates of the payments. He said most of the work he did for Fraud Guarantee was completed in 2018 but that he had been doing follow-up for over a year.
Parnas and Fruman were arrested at Dulles Airport outside Washington last week on charges they funneled foreign money to unnamed U.S. politicians in a bid to influence U.S.-Ukraine relations in violation of U.S. campaign finance laws. The men were preparing to board a plane to Europe.
According to an indictment unsealed by U.S. prosecutors, an unidentified Russian businessman arranged for two $500,000 wires to be sent from foreign bank accounts to a U.S. account controlled by Fruman in September and October 2018. The money was used, in part, by Fruman, Parnas and two other men charged in the indictment to gain influence with U.S. politicians and candidates, the indictment said.
Foreign nationals are prohibited from making contributions and other expenditures in connection with U.S. elections, and from making contributions in someone else’s name.
Giuliani said he was confident that the money he received was from “a domestic source,” but he would not say where it came from.
“I know beyond any doubt the source of the money is not any questionable source,” he told Reuters in an interview. “The money did not come from foreigners. I can rule that out 100%,” he said.
He declined to say whether the money had been paid directly to him by Fraud Guarantee or from another source.
John Dowd, a lawyer for Parnas and Fruman, also would not discuss the source of the funding that Giuliani said he received for his work for Fraud Guarantee. “What I know is privileged,” Dowd said.

It shouldn't come as a surprise to anyone. I grew up in a conservative household. Toothpaste? Yeah, we pulled the tube against the edge of a desk to squeeze out every bit. I remember once (or twice) having to completely flatten it for a family member!
It wasn't that we didn't have another tube to open, conservatism was our lifestyle.
Getting ready to go out and the a/c was turned off way before we made it to the front door.
My mom used to walk around and see if a light was on... someone had better be using it.
Food in my house didn't go to waste. Salad dressing... much the same. If a few teaspoonfuls were left at the bottom of your bowl... you were wasting it.
My dad had a pretty good memory too. He could tell you what he had for dinner on the first Monday in September 1967... Sunday's leftovers!

Longevity....really only a life bargain when combined with great health....
...now we believe we have much of that which underlies it as well understood. Physical activity, sparse food intake and some fasting, plenty of good water, moderation as to toxins like smoke and drink, good genetic foundations, decreasing carnal knowledge -as age appropriate, to each her own spirituality, and a sense of gratitude and forgiveness. But perhaps somewhat oddly, lots of positive social/family interaction. But I suspect these scientist are missing a thing or two here.
