Earlier this week, the Conservative Borg mothership came in orbit around Earth. It was just a few days before Robert Mueller was to appear before the Special Counsel. As predicted, millions of sleeper cell started lighting up to submit blogs and make comments to existing blogs.
Talk about overloaded bandwidth... they had Mueller's testimony already summed up before the cameras started rolling.

The rumor mill was in full swing... Kellyann Conway dressed as the town crier was chasing reporters shouting "He's feeble minded"
Conservative (news) radio was saying it's a waste of time and taxpayer's money to listen to fake news.

At this point, your minds are already made up and I doubt that anything that Mueller said or did would would change your opinion.

NASA reported the mothership has left orbit and all systems are returning to normal.

We should all rejoice at each example of many CS folks. Their struggles, and willingness to put these out for us, either directly, or by allegory. Sometimes, with the emphasis on GORY. The pluck to keep trying,---even leaving for a bit, in time to reenter into the fray. Apparent levels of honesty are welcome, whether an essential birthright part of one's esssence, or a sign of progress in that general direction. The same with kindness, as with present company. I just read a post from a lady who has been open with us about her many attempts/setbacks in finding aggreeable gainful employment. Now she appears to be in the driver's seat, pun intended, and who among us isn't really happy for her. CS could put a place for folks to comment on more than successses in finding partners. In fact, I suspect that the latter might just be contingent on getting one's shite into one's sock on the former.

If no one is "above the law", why do democrats support Sanctuary Cities for illegal aliens?

So, I woke up, look at my garden and see this:



Snow in June July! Of course, living on the opposite side of the planet this is normal. Oh well, I've been stuck in my home since last saturday because we had the yearly super duper snow that makes the whole place frozen for weeks, with -10ºC temps and lower.

So I was thinking I should get back to blogging, or something else.

PS: Yes, we have Xmas in summertime!

Tomorrow Robert Mueller is supposed to testify before Congress. He has already said over and over again that there is nothing else to say other than what he already wrote in the report he submitted after more than two years and about $40 million dollars of taxpayer money wasted investigating President Trump for a crime that never happened. And he said that if he goes before Congress he won’t have anything at all to say about President Trump. As a matter of fact he can’t even talk about President Trump because he is not allowed to since President Trump was not indicted and is innocent in the eyes of the law. The Democrats already know that. It’s already been rehashed so many times that any sane person is sick and tired of hearing about it and wants the Democrats to shut up about it already and get on with the business of the country.

But that doesn’t deter those determined Democrats! Damn the facts! They know that President Trump is a criminal and the fact that there isn’t any evidence of it after the most exhaustive investigation in history is just a mere inconvenience. FULL SPEED AHEAD!

So as a final act of desperation (At least America is praying PLEASE PLEASE be a FINAL act!), they dragged Robert Mueller into Congress to repeat the same things he has said about 100 times already hoping against hope that there will be SOMETHING… ANYTHING… for them to latch onto that will change things. Good luck with that. It’s long over, but they just don’t get it yet. Talk about slow learners!

These Democrats are like those Civil War reenactors coming back over and over again every year reenacting the losing side’s part and hoping history will miraculously be changed. These people are serious mental cases.

I hope Robert Mueller speaks very slowly tomorrow so that even the Democrats can understand what everyone else in the country figured out a long time ago.

Robert Mueller is set to testify before both arms of Congress tomorrow (Wednesday 7/24/2019) in 2 separate meetings, first with the House of Representatives
and later with the Senate.

While his over 400 page report may be too much information for most
people to comprehend, here is a very fair and useful summary of the report
put together by PBS to help you better understand that report.

If you would like to be fairly well informed about the report, rather than being overwhelmed with rhetoric from others who want to believe lies, it would be prudent of
you to watch & listen to this good, useful, less than 1/2 hour video.

Come on now! You can do better than that. You have met this gorgeous piece of female flesh at some convention, exhibition or whatever. You know nothing about each other – other than your names but you do know that there is a flicker of interest from her side. And here you are, seated with her in the cafeteria enjoying a cup of coffee or whatever and you need to break that initial awkward silence.

Talking about work will not be a good idea. She may not like her job or she may be out of a job at the time. You should rather hope that the conversation will take off so well that it will drift back to work by itself later; or even better, at a next meeting.

You want to know everything about her but you cannot keep peppering her with questions as it may leave the impression that you are inquisitive. Most of all, you want to know if she is single, but you’re not going to ask that. Get her to talk about herself. So avoid questions that can be answered with a simple ‘yes' or a ‘no’. You have to drag her out to volunteer as much as possible about herself.

Avoid talking about things that could be embarrassing to her. Don’t delve into her past, her academic qualifications, etc though her childhood is ok – that is if she wants to talk about it.

So what do you ask? Well, you can try asking her what she enjoys doing in her spare time. If you’re lucky she won’t stop talking. And now there are so many questions you can ask with safety. Like what is her favorite evening out, her favorite food or favorite movie, or just about everything. The big thing is to pay attention to what she says and to answer her questions honestly when she starts asking.

Well then Romeo, if she is still not in a hurry by the time the second coffees arrive, you’re set; it will be safe to ask for her phone number. If there was somebody important in her life, she would have worked him into the conversation by then.

But ladies, this is not just for men. Some men are very clumsy with words and need some encouragement. Nothing prevents you ladies from taking the initiative. This is the 21st century and on top of it, next year is a leap year so you can pop the question yourself.
