Hall with no Oates...
The other day, I read in music news that Daryl Hall has filed a lawsuit against his former musical partner John Oates and has asked the judge to issue a temporary restraining order. Documents were sealed and information was sketchy. This morning, more details came forward.
Why Daryl Hall obtained a restraining order against John Oates has been (partly) solved.
It’s now been revealed that Hall is attempting to block his longtime musical partner from selling his share in their joint venture to Primary Wave Music.
Hall is arguing that Oates' plan to sell off his share of a joint venture would violate the terms of a business agreement that Hall & Oates duo had forged.
The judge temporarily blocked the sale while legal proceedings and a previously initiated arbitration continue.
Primary Wave has already owned “significant interest” in Hall and Oates’ song catalog for more than 15 years. In a 2021 interview with Sky News, Hall alluded to disappointment with the sale of his back catalog.

My next flight will NOT be with Lufthansa! (part 1)
Back when I bought my trip to Washington D.C., I bought the tickets through Lufthansa in their Economy section. The flight was 3658 Danish kroner ($530.43), with a random seat allocation. I decided to spend 628 Danish kroner ($91.06), on picking my seats on all the flights, bringing the total cost of the trip to 4286 Danish kroner ($621.50).
Cheap, but it showed. The quality of the flight wasn't the best.
I will let you all know why I wouldn't pick Lufthansa again!
The trip was from Copenhagen to Frankfurt, and then onward to Washington D.C. A few days before departure, Lufthansa sent me an email where they told me, that they had gotten a different aircraft for my flight to Frankfurt, so I had gotten a new seat.
"alright, no harm done. At least I am going to go on my trip", and that first flight was quick. However - I seemed to be sitting between a company trip, because they all knew each other. They talked. And talked. And talked. Quite loud as well, and even when the safety demonstration was being performed. Very rude, I think.
The food on that flight - if you could call it that - was a bottle of water and a piece of chocolate. Granted, it was just an hour, but still. I was very hungry, and I had a two hour wait in Frankfurt - with no Euro on me, and my card isn't working outside Denmark.
Strike one.
We landed in Frankfurt ahead of time, which was fantastic! It was my first time in Frankfurt airport, so I had no idea what to expect. From the aircraft, we had to take a bus to the terminal, and from there, I had to find my gate for my next flight. Luckily, the gate was easy to find, so I sat down and relaxed until it was time to board.
An hour and a half later, we boarded. We were 350 people that needed to board - with just four people to handle that. It took a bit of time, but once we were situated in the aircraft - a rather old and tired Airbus A330 - we pushed back. The flight to the US was nothing to write home about. Pretty streamlined and pretty boring. The food was good, though. I got a chicken/mashed potato dish, which was excellent. Or maybe I was just hungry.
Just before landing I got very hungry. Luckily, they offered a snack, which I was very excited for. However - the bread was VERY dry - maybe because it had spent 8 hours in the fridge.. You don't put toast in the fridge..
Landing in Washington Dulles was good. We had some minor turbulence, but I wasn't worried. We touched down ahead of time, so it was off and through immigration. That flight was quite smooth, so maybe the Copenhagen to Frankfurt part was a one-off?
No.. The trip home was even worse. We pushed back from Dulles a few minutes behind schedule. That happens all the time, so as long as we landed on time in Frankfurt, I could make my flight home.
An hour into the flight, the captain came on the intercom, saying that some of the screens didn't show the entertainment, so they would kill the power and reboot. That didn't help, so they rebooted it again, which helped.
That was the only real memorable thing that happened on that flight, so fast-forward to landing in Frankfurt. I had an hour and a half to reach my gate and my connecting flight. I made the gate with 40 minutes to spare, so I sat down and relaxed. We boarded about 50 minutes later, and to my delight, I had a whole row to myself since the flight was only half full. That meant that boarding was completed well ahead of time, so we had about 20 minutes to relax, before we were taking off and pointing the nose to Denmark, and Copenhagen.
However - that was not to be for a while.. Read my next blog to find out why that was, and why I will not be flying Lufthansa again..

XXV.
“The more you know about the world and what happens with the people, the greater responsibility one has. That is because its knowledge. It has the choice of being a living weapon, able to destroy, to damage, to harm, turning to darkness, obscurity and evil, or.. to keep an oath of silence, like a witness of times who remain in shadow, and wherever is needed, to offer its help. One thus is aware of its purpose, and by its own free will, chooses to turn to the light, recognizing God as His Master, Holy Trinity: the Father, the Son, and the Holy Spirit. That is true awareness, to know your nature, of a human being. To know you are sinful. To take act of your own sins. To judge yourself, instead judging other. To know your weaknesses. To know of your recklessness. To know yourself and the place you belong. That is true path of understanding. To realize the value of a human being. Of each human being, regardless of their deeds. For then the soul, looks into the world and know value of each. It knows the value of a king, so as that of a servant. It knows the value of a commander, so as that of a man of the army. It knows the value of the noble, so as that of a common man. Then, knows the value of an old man, same as that of an infant. The value of a troubled mind or heart, so as that of one in balance. The greater responsibility one has, for such knowledge is given to it, as a blessing, for a purpose, to fulfill. It’s one’s duty, therefore, to protect what has. For this is blessing from God.
I am here, seeking understanding. This walnut was planted here, so I can rest. If I can find rest, under its majestic crown, others may taste the same, too. I just wonder, how such a marvelous tree, from all its bitterness, and what a sweet fruit, can give, to the stretched hand to pick it. I know from this friend of mine, when the fruit is ready to harvest. Before, I wanted to pick any nut when I had in my mind, upon my will. But I’ve learnt, over time, something else. For I have asked the tree, when its best time to ripe, how could I know, and received the long-awaited answer: when I allow you. So then I knew, how the tree blessing the earth; the more stems of one year wood, the more fruits; the more branches, the more leaves; but always, the right amount that it needs, and so rewarding! Same, I have learnt about this majestic tree, to have a reminder of it, in my garden. A part of it, to take it with me, and there it was! From a small nut, a whole tree! Like a twin, of this one! Same, I have learnt what the tree likes. And thus, I asked the tree, what would like to grow underneath. And then, other trees, wanted its shelter. So as bushes. So as herbs. So as vines. And then, I have learnt of its needs, what it needs to survive, and what it needs to allow others, to survive. I have learnt as much as was needed. So as its fruits. To be given just the amount that is needed. I do wonder: could I ever ask more?! I have everything I need. I carry my soul with me, wherever I may be…”

Brittney Griner superstar...
I didn't follow the sports career of Brittney Griner and didn't know why she captured so much media attention, before during or after her detainment in a Russian prison. She was found carrying a small amount (less than one gram) of hash oil, legal in her home state of Arizona and the United States with a prescription, but illegal in Russia.
I read today, the standard sentence in Russia of less than 2 grams is 15 days. Brittney, received 9 years and a fine of a million rubles, equal to about $16,300 USD.
Her release was through a prisoner exchange. Russia gets arms dealer Viktor Bout and America gets Brittney Griner.
Since the exchange, I've read she's back to professional basketball, making TV appearances and doing a book about her life.
Yahoo! Entertainment did (another) story about her and the reader comments were less than supportive. Some of my thoughts may have been the same to the excerpts I read that were important to what the public believes:
She played in the Olympics and should have known about drug possession.
It is illegal to possess at an US airport and illegal to transport across US international boundaries by air.
Thanks for us having to send back a real criminal to get you out. Keep your drug paraphernalia out of your suitcase
She was sentenced to NINE YEARS. Russia was clearly using her as a pawn in its proxy war with the USA.
She had traveled to and from Russia several times, she knew the law. Thinking she was above the law is what got her put in that prison. Did she learn anything, that's the question.

Pathways of Destiny
Over the years, we've all heard phrases like "if it's written for us to be together..." or "if it's written up there that the two of them should be together..." However, what many people probably don't know is that this matter is more complicated than that. And I say this because there are at least three situations in which God wants or "has written" for two people to be together (at least three situations that I know of, but there's the possibility and probability of more). Let's take and explain them one by one.
It might be written for two people to be together for 1 week, 2, 3... 1 month... 2, 3... 1 year... 2... 5 or as long as God wishes... during which time the two are meant to experience something... to learn something about themselves (what they like and don't like in a partner... what they want or don't want from a potential partner... etc.) or to feel for the first time what it's like to be in love or to go through a particular situation together... because God needed both of them to go through that situation... and it was best if they did it together as a couple, not separately as two strangers... or I don't know what other experiences that limited-term relationship might have brought them.
God might bring two people together to conceive a child... but not because they are soulmates, but because God needs that child to be born... and only from the union of those two... that child could come into existence.
God might bring two people together because they are meant to be together forever; they are soulmates and they need to meet and unite because they were created for each other.
So, when you say, "if it is written to be/together," consider all the possibilities... not just the last one (No. 3... soulmates), because things are not as simple as we sometimes wish... Thank you for your attention.

The Goodness comes from God to Angels and Human.
God loves you even when you don,t believe,but once you believe and obey his word: He loves you so much more.
And through Belief and obedience to the word of God: He can save you from sin and from evil and live
in real happiness with God.
God can do the best for you, if you walk in the level of best.
What you do to God so God will do to you.
Love God with all heart...,and love your neighbours as yourself.
(neighbours are all people).
If you do this,you can feel and have: love and peace and you will be led to salvation.
Is easy to hate and sin, but is blessed work:to love and be wise and so have power from God.
Evil works through hate and disobedience of the commandments of God.
Once you obey commandments of God: you will be free from evil and get saved.
The law of God saves and so it gives commandments to obey.
Those christians who disobey the law of God but believe in Grace through faith to be saved:they are
Betraying God and so lose salvation.
Grace is Good but apart from Law (without the law) Grace is not real.
So Grace works with the law.
So if you obey the law: obeying its commandments,then Grace works in you and forgive your sins and you get saved.
