I’d like to be a nest if you were a little bird. I’d like to be a scarf if you were a neck and were cold. If you were music, I’d be an ear. If you were water, I’d be a glass. If you were light, I’d be an eye. If you were a foot, I’d
If I could feel your body close to mine. I think it would take my breath away. To feel your lips upon mine. Is a dream where I wish to stay. We are locked together in the dance of life. No wish to be free. Just you and me. Looking like cut ou
Every week day at one p.m. the object of my heart’s desire hosts a news programme on the radio.
You are the most beautiful woman to ever grace the face of this earth... Only God Himself will ever know just how much I love you... For there are no words in existence that can describe my love for you... I fear that it is only in heaven that I m
* Just a generic poem about a TV weather girl (That's Television, you understand).
Composed during A. Pushkin's exile to Georgia, which immediately caught his fancy.
I feel you so near me, And I don’t know why, So far over high mountains, over wide blue ocean, Did you come to me from the sky? I’d want it’d to be deep of my living soul, I’d want it would to be a nice place, For your long, sweet walking
Just a little poem.
These romantic love poems also prove that men deserve to feel special every once in a while. If you think men don’t cry, these love poems will prove you wrong. The words from these poems will surely touch the very soul of your man. It doesn’t matter if it’s long or short, as long as it’s sincere and pure
Dedicated to the young and the young-at-heart especially to the ladies at CS
Love is an all powerful pebble found on the beach......
On long distance romance...i suspect many on this site have faced the same dilemma
i'll see you again, a moment of chance, i spied you at a glance, through passing rows and sunbeam glows a heartbeat a miss. at a thought of a kiss a breath not taken and a love not faking this minute becomes a second the heart starts
Pardon me I thought I knew your name I guess I must be mistaken But isn't that the same lovely dress I've seen once before And the way that you walk I thought I was for sure Those eyes of blue How could I be so confused The way your lips see
I dream about your lips, I dream about your white body, When your mouth was giving me the kiss, I’ve been totally with you forever glady When I felt you to me so near, And you so sweet words whispered to me, I’ve been lost in love - oh my
when love simmers and sometimes boils over, we long the next stage......when it settles.....if it does....love has been given a chance.....to keep trying......
I feel you like a flower from the meadow, I hear you like a silence of the winter’s night, for my dreams you are my small pillow, I look to all by new another sight You are my poem from a book, I must read it every day, I’m your shy, litt
My heart overflows by you, you run from my eyes like a tears, your charm, beauty, love always - I knew, will destroy my sadness and heavy fears I desire for you without frontiers, I feel your lips forever on mine, your voice sounds so s
As beautiful as God's Eternal Wife... I cannot look upon you... Your beauty overwhelms my senses... Suppression of breath... Skin standing on end... Eyes raining never-ending... I tremble at the very thought of you... My unworthiness is my c
My poem speaks the lure of dating sites by individuals who seek true love using a forum that is filled with the unknown. It can be a scary but also quite fulfilling experience...
When someone who does not know how to express love has children, they pass that inability on to their child. This coupled with knowing how things can go wrong in life, creates a fear of closeness in that child because already being fragile generates the resignation of feeling like any loss will be to much to take.
Operating from love instead of fear.
My favorite of the songs I've written. This was written expressly for my late wife when she was still alive. Didn't intend for it to be prophetic.
Song for Valentine
A sonnet in tribute to the great Goddess Ceres.....she's so lovely!!!

Only small thoughts... Solo piccoli pensieri...
If that girl would ever help me If she could be on my side We could make it to the moon and back At least we should have tried If that girl would lend a helping hand What a team we could be But I'm always staying in dreamland Waiting on real

mealworm & crows?
With just a little added country boy twang…….....
This is going into my next book after an edit. It is decasyllabic - the tight structure aids composition (no loose clunky words can stay long) yet restricts it too preventing flowery digressive verbiage - I like tanka format but this (new to me) 10 syllable line form works too.

Connection, life within clouds. I couldn't write directly to her but I had to write. I felt that love had flown but was so buoyed by the love I'd known. 8 weeks to uncover too much too soon, online & telephone realities & runes. Mellifluous her voice like a gentle sea breeze," it's only me "she would say, setting my spirit free.
Love is all about believing who you are what you already believe.
Ah well!!
just thinking about a man I use to date
