Don't look behind... there are memories of lost love, there are hearts that lie broken, things left undone, words left unspoken. Don't look behind... there are tears waiting to fall, there`s pain nobody can take, there are memories waiting

I lost my true love I shed a million one tears No more shall I shed.
Lying on an unmade bed wondering how I will ever make it Trying to find the strength to raise my head when it takes all I got to breathe in Still waiting on the rain to come and fall even though I know it won't wash it all away But I don't want

I am a twice published author of romance novels and poet. I felt like sharing a poem. This poem is about a broken heart.
A self discription ...of me in a poem.
Yay!
I rather like Haiku, actually! I believe the 'modern' traditional format is three lines, with five, seven, and five syllables per line (though a five line stanza with 5,7,5 followed by 7, 7 is common too?). What I really like in haiku, that I fail to express in mine, is to see independant thoughts that combine to form an image. That is to say, three things which aren't related through transtions, and accessories like 'and', 'with', or possessives. Blah blah blah, right? lol Maybe I'll slip by later and try my hand at a more thoughtful haiku. :)
after studying most old societies I was amazed about some cultures that had a community together. which was normal for the past, cause we weren't that much of a nation. however the world is getting smaller everyday. I wrote this poem not to shout towards other's for having their faith. or important communion or another past time. but merely for these people who need to make deeds out of shallow words. plainly because it's childish. I think a totalitarian world would accomplish more. some even see that as a chaos, though it might be more fair for everyone.
It seems like we've grown jaded. That the past was more better, more nicer, more innocent, than things seem today with all the hungry, and the homeless the jobless, the angry, the hopeless. But it is the myth of the now. Our mothers, grandfa

I wrote this, after I received some messages from religionists in my neighbourhood. and after encountering a man on the Internet telling me alienation was a sin according to his own faith. and as you can see, the liberty every individual has is by alienation. cause it separates the difference between us. by all means I respect old religions, but it can't be right that we should look the same I think.
Can I get a gesundheit?
I wrote this in 8th grade while thinking about long distance relationships. I also had this published in a Youth Anthology and had another published the following year which I`ll put up tomorrow:)
To be bad with someone is so easy To hurt a person saying bad words Is not hard ,is easy because make You feel better if u hurt others But one day u will be hurt same or worse. Is better be silent instead hurt Is better be good instead bad

Hey guys. At break for the Border last night. I lost my jacket. I'm hoping that someone took it by accident. It's a thin, black cloth with a silver zip and it has a set of keys and an ipod in it. It was in the corner of the long seats. If an

Always look on the bright side of life........
Hard time never seems to end It weighs upon you, pressing in. It's opressive and suffocating No thoughts or dreams placating. Reality sinking in. You know the release date And you know you won't be late But it's not coming soon Not soon eno
