love eternally beautiful

we are guests
upon this planet
floating magic
particles of life
our pockets
are held together
with freedom
of choice
on which
table we
openly dine

frozen time
our conscious ice
standing still
in one
moments breath
we are
all sinners
shadows trapped
in a guilty porthole
between heaven and hell
yet some stand
in judgement
of others

dust to dust
falling ashes
one with grit
upon the sands
of this earth
our body
the host
holds a question
inside this mind

walking a path
choosing only
one direction
all of
our own doing
truth is
in which
legacy we leave
destiny our
guiding star

turns pages
in the final chapter
power of love
emotions salvation
redeeming feelings
i do believe
in a soul
reaching the kingdom
of heaven
lighting a vision
at the tunnel's end

one glimpse
inside heaven's gates
to be turned away
would be hell
in it self
to feel suffering
sorrow laced with pain
would be us
loosing faith
in love

A Coming King

Embedded image from another site

I can hear the trumpet sound
The earth is shaking
As mountains come crashing to the ground
Graves are opening
As the King comes to claim His own
Angels by the thousands
Come to escort us home
Looking all around,
Bodies translating
Mortality to immortality
Families reunited in the air and on the ground
No more transgressing
No more crying
No pain, no death, no sorrow
Only love, joy and peace
We shall know....
On that glorious day
When King Jesus comes to take us far away.

The Operators Manual

To live life as we should,
Things must be understood.
Faith in God is a must,
With your heart you should trust.

There is much to be learned,
A good living must be earned.
Character must be built,
To help avoid a life of guilt.

We must obey the laws,
Or suffer in societies jaws.
Being honest is a priority,
As respecting those with authority.

To list all things is too great a task,
It's much easier for me to ask.
An Operators Manual is what you need,
It is this I ask of you to read.

It contains all the information,
For the very best operation.
Of the human life you see,
Just study with all your ability.

These manuals are everywhere,
Their information we should share.
They're a gift from God above,
To His children out of love.

My Soul Destination

(a day in heaven)

My head on heavenly gossamer pillows to lay
such exquisite rest so blissful, so deep
as my mind reflects back on events of the day~

On a Cosmogyral journey escorted
by the lightest of Aeolian wings

passing through shimmerous
Nacreous rainbows to hear,
so delicately played it's Psithurism-like sounds.

Transported through unimaginable beauty,
the likes of which nature's majesties
not ever seen nor found.

And now as I'm falling nigh unto sleep
off to another destination,
that of dream state.

Perhaps to this sleep a Reminiscence will enter
and while sleeping
will bring yet another...

Reminiscence of a much different kind
when upon awaking I shall find-

My Creator smiling,
there gracing my countenance shall be-
all the way through into my heart and my soul...
welling up Reverent feelings,
Ataraxia untold.......

"Thank You"

What can I give to You,
for all you've done for me?
You have shown your love for me
in so many ways
That I've been too blind to see
And sometimes when I seem to forget,
just how much You love me
Remind me Lord lest I forget.
Just saying "I love you"
Does not seem to be enough
But Lord I thank you most of all
For what You mean to me
You have answered all my prayers
and made all my dreams come true
And this is just my way of saying
"Lord I thank You".

How Did We Get This Far

He hasn't arrived yet
Perhaps you think
He's not coming back

You have looked to the skies
After many a year, many a day,the prayers you have prayed
With tears in your eyes

And the year that we live in
Sounds impossible when
You say it out loud, how did we get this far

He hasn't arrived yet
perhaps you think
He's not coming back

And the year that we live in
Sounds impossible when
You say it out loud and how did we get this far

Lost Book of Eve..

I am very old now,
and I feel my days
will be few..

I have not much
to leave to the
world now, except
my memories of how
things once were..

I'm awakened in the
night with the sadness
of what we lost..

Adam tries to be strong,
yet many times I've heard
him crying in the night..

We both try to hide the
pain, and the shame of
it all, but it is there..

My children try to
comfort me, but I
feel I must say
something..

I know how we were,
but sometimes a cloud
darkens my mind.. when
I try to speak of it
I am unable to form
the words..

It is though the
almighty forbids
me to reveal what
we once were..

I know the whole
world will look
back on us, and many
will hate us..

But I want to say..
I am so sorry..

I am sorry for what
we have become..
for what has become
of the world..

So much hatred..

Yet, I can tell
you this.. We
were so beautiful!

And it seems that..Oh,
yes, I remember that
part! It was Adam, and
he spoke to the stars,
and then..Oh, I can't
seem to remember the
rest..I am sorry..

The garden was so
beautiful! And we
danced in our hearts..

We were so happy!

Then.. that dark
day came.. and
we fell..

So much saddness
after that..I so
much want to go
home now.. The
Eternal God has
forgiven us..
He tells me this
in my heart, and
I know he still
loves us..

Adam said I am
not to worry..
but still.. I wish
I could tell you
a secret..

my very own , Solomon's Song of Songs

When the Heart Wants What It Can't Have
A fool in love will follow his heart.
Be still your hearts, friends! . . . "Love to me is someone telling me, 'I want to be with you for the rest of my life, and if you needed me to I'd jump out of a . . . "The heart wants what it wants.
When the Heart Wants What It Can't Have
Her brown eyes always find a way to pierce me straight through the heart. . . . I want to pull her near me when we are dancing; only because I don't want anyone else to claim her for themselves. It's not. .

forever beautiful love

oh dearest
most treasured jewel
believing in
an angel
on the other
side of this world

touching deeply
love you are everything
the most powerful
feeling inside beauty
exploding within
one's mind
that heals
a lonely hearts

spiritually opening
a soul
embracing beautiful
the light
with love
bringing warmth
into a heart
in golden joy
of happiness

sun shinning paradise
walking through
the pearly gates
hand in hand
joining within heaven
in the split second
of a heartbeat
forever beautiful

i give you darling
one flower
handing it to you
with all my heart
pouring with love
my dream

Conscience

You never leave me alone
You dog me every day
My conscience
You should stop drinking pop
You need to exercise more
Stop eating meat and eat peanuts instead
You need to call you mother and eat supper with her
You need to give blood
You should get a safer job
Clean your floor!
Quit being so shy!
Get married and make some babies!
Volunteer at a food bank
Give money to starving kids in Africa
Why don't you take a vacation conscience
Why don't you leave me alone so I can enjoy some peace
But you stay
You never leave
I can't shut you up
Ever!
My conscience

About this poem:
I saw a twilight zone episode where this guy is talking to himself in the mirror. The good conscience wins and gets out of the mirror and quits his job as a member of the mob and goes to get a job and a wife.
