Nikki and Kira, girls of their era
living life to the full, going out on the pull,
they don't cow tow to peer presure,
they don't care what they all say,
living for tomorrow,
for tomorrow is another day.
Going out, havin fun,
sleep all day, forget the sun,
Get up late , whats the date?
who cares!
for tomorrow is another day.
The girls come in to say hello,
we say sit down! have some blow!
Relax! Chill! Chew the fat!
Life's like this! It's not all that,
stay awake, get out of bed,
If life's all work your already dead,
we all sit down and have a jam.
with our favourite rasta man, paint my face the girls say!
For tomorrow is another day.
The clock is stopped It's Nilo time,
to go home now would be a crime,
stay out all night ! we all say,
for tomorrow is another day.
Incense burning, candles alight,
the music's low, let's get it right,
roaches in the pantry, munchies on the bar,
Matte's nice and hot, you've gone too far,
the flat fills up as people go by,
let's stay in and all get high,
we can't go out the moneys spent,
should have stayed home and paid the rent,
why worry ? I hear you say,
for tomorrow is another day.
It's getting late, time for bed,
the sun is rising , the sky is red,
too tired for work, too tired to play,
never mind! I hear you say,
for tomorrow is another day.
Wake up late , clean the flat,
found out It's bigger than that,
later relax, chill with the cat,
went looking for work and found play,
Well tomorrow is another day!

no one in this world wants to be alone
but some one became alone
and they think all happened as usual
but it is not real as we think
why they became alone
it is connected with their life style
they made walls around their home
and also in their hearts
they became more selfish
nothing to share with strangers-
who may make problems and troubles
it so safe to live safe without strangers
forgot to mind others very much
we spent hours on internet to get friends
while we forget about our neighbors
and never spent a second -
to hear a word from strangers
those who are same as we to get some help
may be for money or to get some food or friend
we don't want to give a smile to an unknown
but we feel fear when we met them
if it is true to fear of unknown persons
how we can make friends online?
its better to think why we are alone
and do something special to get a good friend...

Wandering thoughts open portals for displaced memories.
Words cruised that boulevard carved in September’s wind,
and squeezed tears from dazzling eyes.
sensitivity will never know another heart’s displeasure,
unless tongue pluck them from mind’s controlling grip.
Laughter, unconsciously, taunts a troubled heart,
and grimace disguised in smile’s fine garb.
September’s wind blow cool on the Ohio Valley,
and trees shed leaves like sad eyes secreting tears, alone in a Garfield Suite.
The morn signifies my final day of torture,
then in time’s care this deep wound will heal.
Sometimes it’s hard meeting old friends.

I will Carry You
I will carry you in my heart even through the days we may be apart.
I will carry you in my heart even when your world seems to crumble and fall apart.
I will carry you when your lost and feeling blue, even when your skies are not turning blue
.
I will carry you, no matter what you do, I’ll carry you, through the storm if I’m needed too.
I will carry you through your pain when it’s to much to bare for thee. I will carry you until you can set it free, like dust in the wind and wind through the trees.
I will carry you when your needing a friend, to give you hope and to understand.
I will carry you through your thoughts of lonely cause your never alone.
I will carry you when you fall astray, needing an arm to pull you away.
I will carry you to the highest of plateaus to get you away from it all, so look down with no fear cause nothing can touch you here, I am the strength if your needing someone to be strong, I’m your crutch when you feel weak, so take a moment and lean on me.
I will carry you as long as you need, until that day comes, you may have carry me.

There are many people
that we meet in our lives
but only a very few
will make a lasting impression
on our minds and hearts
It is these people that we will
think of often
and who will always remain
important to us
as true friends....

Author: Sam Walter Foss
There are hermit souls that live withdrawn
In the place of their self-content;
There are souls like stars that dwell apart,
In a fellowless firmament.
There are pioneer souls that blaze the paths
Where highways never ran-
But let me live in a house by the side of the road
And be a friend to man.
Let me live in a house by the side of the road
Where the race of men go by
The men who are good, the men who are bad,
As bad and as good as I.
I would not sit in the scorner's seat
Nor hurl the cynic's ban-
Let me live in a house by the sound of the road
And be a friend to man.
I see from my house by the side of the road
By the side of the highway of life
The men who press with the ardor of hope
The men who are faint from the strife.
But I turn not away from their smiles and tears
Both parts of an infinite plan-
Let me live in a house by the side of the road
And be a friend to man.
I know there are brook-gladdened meadows ahead
And mountains of wearisome height;
That the road passes on through the long afternoon
And stretches away to the night.
And still I rejoice when the travelers rejoice
And weep with the strangers that moan
Nor live in my house by the side of the road
Like a man who dwells alone.
Let me live in a house by the side of the road
Where the race of men go by
They are good, they are bad, they are weak, they are strong,
Wise, foolish-So am I.
Then why should I sit in the scorner's seat
Or hurl the cynic's ban?
Let me live in a house by the side of the road
And be a friend to man.

Some folks say I am what I am.
I say I am but a man.
A way with words I have, so some say.
I but write what I feel and let come what may.
Words come to mind and these I do write.
They come when they come be it day or night.
As a candle in darkness my words were my light.
Since I found love that candle burns bright.
Now my words flow, as never they did.
I make them known now, where once I them hid.
Where my words come from I do not know.
Where ever it is I know where they go.
I know only that these words are mine.
For my words and my feelings, they intertwine.
I write poems sometimes about what I been through.
If you want your thoughts in rhyme I will do it for you.
I will write your poem and write how you please.
But give me advice leave the writing to me.
I always loved writing poetry and ever I will.
But as to how good I am I know not still.
I speak true and demean not myself.
I feel as a book that was left on the shelf.
And not been read for many a year.
But when it is read it brings a tear.
I hope when I write that I write well.
But sometimes it is hard for me to tell.
I need but they should take my hand.
If my words are not good I shall understand.
Speak the truth be it good or bad.
There is no chance I will be mad.
For the simple truth will I be glad.
If these things you would read, and would the truth tell me.
Come! Read my works and friends let us be.

Tell me why, dear friend, is it right what you’ve done?!
It’s that lady from far that’s been treated unfair.
See, in mountains your paths weren’t trodden enough,
And your poems piled up: it’s been long since you shared.
It’s just heart’s outcry, it’s two bosoms half-bared,
Many things left undone half-suspended in air.
Write a line, be so kind, don’t you grudge her a favor,
She won’t mind so much slight and will bear as much,
And won’t read between lines seeing things you don’t care,
Knowing well where to stop, what to ask.

About this poem:
It’s about how we often fail to show proper respect for persons we correspond with, first getting to know each other and then stopping to communicate altogether for no particular reason. We fail to show kindness in writing a farewell letter and explaining in plain words the reason why we make this or that choice. It takes so little time and effort to be kind to a stranger. If we fail in this and treat strangers in such despicable way we fail in major things either, such as love, friendship, etc. and we deserve all the disappointments we have. No reference to anyone in particular, just a general observation.

God gave beauty to each & every creature even to animals too. When peacock dances we even forget to blink our eyes, when koyal sings our heart starts singing & when bamboo tree dances during winds it looks amazing. God gave beauty to girls but very few girls have beauty with smile. Humans have so many tensions, hard problems in life. This is true ur smiles cannot change our luck & solve our problems but its sure ur smiles can bring smiles on our face for few moments & I think few moments smiles are enough to forget big problems isn’t it. So, I pray to Almighty God he makes u smile every moment to make others feel happy. Amen
