The descent

You take me up
high
high
high
I hear the flutter
its melts me
like butter
I'm yours
Take me
I'm Yours
Take me up
Higher
Faster
No longer a flutter
Beating Wings
The feathers start to fall
one by one they fall, fall, fall
no longer I'm flying
I'm starting to fall
Downward
Faster Now
I'm spiralling
Your beautiful wings?
No longer will they flutter, for they are no more

My Dream.

To not have touched and felt His skin,
To not have breathed Him in,
To not have kissed His lips.

And still to know Him,

I know His passion, His energy, His strength and His weaknesses,
I know His joys and hurts,
I know how fearlessly He protects,
I know how Gentle He can be and how demanding when wanted.

He is complicated and unique,
And yet He is open and giving,
He is Strong and Masculine,
He is sexy and Dominant,
He is beautiful and gentle.

He is My Dream come to life.

About this poem:
Amazing maybe, I am holding onto with both hands.
Sent to turn my life upside down and whisper
"Maybe Magic is real" will see.

Judge me not from guddudenz

I am ugly why some give me that sick look. I am invisible why some ignore me. I stink why some move miles away. Some call me deaf. Some call me useless. Some call me dumb. Some call me a retard. Some treat me as if I have a disease. Before they saw me I’ve had the best, the richest, and the famous smile in my face. They’ve seen them smile on screen. Before they saw me I've talked to the best, the richest, and the famous in person. They’ve talked to them on the internet. Before they saw me I've had the best, the richest, and the famous ask me to sit by them. They’ve sat with a picture of them by their side. I've owned a million dollar house. They rent a house. I've owned a million dollar boat. They own a surf board. I've owned a helicopter. They own a kite. I've owned a Lamborghini. They own a Lada. I've travelled the world. They've travelled their country. I've met the best in the world. They've met the best in their country. I’m in a wheelchair now. The closest they will get is a ride in a wheelbarrow. I walk in a walking frame now. The closest they will get is crutches. I walk with a leg brace & a limp now. They walk without a leg brace & a limp. I played lots of sports, but now I’m just one of them on the side line. I have barriers now. They have none. I struggle to do the most basic things in life, things I could once do with ease, things they can do with ease. I take pills for the rest of my life now. They take pills for a headache. My dreams are miles away now. Theirs are right next to them. If only they read what my life was like before, it will surprise them, and it will tell them there was more to me than what they saw. Before I ended up like this I use to discriminate the disabled, look down at the weak, ugly, and odd. I made fun of the disabled, weak, ugly, and odd....Anything for a good laugh. One night a friend & I stopped to help a few strangers, but thanks to that night it changed what I thought of the disabled, weak, ugly, and odd. When I was in that rehab centre I met disabled people who lived a life I wish I had. I met plumbers, shearers, cops, lawyers, etc. All who have a mental and/or physical disability now. I met rich people whose family main concern was their wealth and not them. I’ve met those who could speak many languages, but now they struggle to say one word. I had family members and strangers who knew nothing about disabilities talk to me as if they had a Masters Degree in disabilities. I had family members and strangers talk loudly to me as if I was deaf, but yet did they know they were making me deaf. I had family members and strangers who thought they knew what was best for me, but really they only knew what was best for them. So much I wanted to do & try by myself, but so much I couldn't do without their consent. I needed to know for myself what my strength and weaknesses were, and I wasn't gonna know if they didn't know. Since living life as a disabled, life is harder to live now than it was before I was disabled. Disrespect waits for me every day. Psychological abuse waits for me every day. Hardship waits for me every day. The only time I get none of that is when I’m around people with the same physical and/or mental disability as I. They hear it. They see it. They read it. They live with them. They work with them. They help them. It doesn't mean they know everything about it. The disabled world is a world they will never truly know until they wear the shoes. I try to hide it, I try to deny it, but the more I try the more it stands out. This world I live now has made me respect the disabled, weak, ugly, and odd. This is a world I’m sorry I discriminated. One day....Any time....Any place....For no apparent reason, they could end-up on the HMS Disabled. They dare not say it will never happen to them, because that’s what I said until I woke up from a 2 week induced coma. Karma can be a bastard when it wants to be aye!

About this poem:
When I wrote it, it was hard finding the exact words to match my feelings. It is not targeted at anyone, its just saying what I saw when I was in that rehabilitation center, to what I see now.

A note on the veranda

I left you a little note
That says how much
I could have wrote, what
I couldn't put into words
Just has to go unheard

I am sorry that it has to be this way
I didn't want to go away,
but after time and time again
We can return to being friends
I don't want to hurt you anymore
Before even I need to walk out the door

I left you more than a little note
But take what resonates with you
To keep afloat, and I will rush
To get my coat

These words I wish to say to you
I love you until the moon turns blue
Beyond the moon and the stars out back
Beyond the eclipse before it goes black

I will love you, friend, until the bittersweet end
Knowing that you have heartfelt matters to tend,
Don't be daft and be a stranger, if you need me, yell!
I will be there next to the willow tree near the wishing well.

Victoria

Really forgotten tongue
Pronounce the letters
When it sank in an inch of water
He was good at swimming
But it is not in the eyes
Always
Always
Victoria says
Says not to the sea color
Afraid because the sky
From the blue eyes
The sense of touch
When caught Victoria
Victoria always says
Does not improve by time
In the absence
Say
The heart is not long for
Pulse Victoria
Commented pictures
All droopy
To not only see the Victoria
Screaming silence
In the absence
And words of Victoria
Victoria

OUR REFLECTION.

OUR REFLECTION

A boy and his father are walking in the mountains,
suddenly the son falls, hurts himself and screams: 'AAAhhhhhhhhhh!!!'
To his surprise, he hears a voice repeating, somewhere on the mountain: 'AAAhhhhhhhhhhhhh!!!'
Curious, he yells: 'Who are you?'
The voice again: 'Who are you?'
Angered at the response, he screams: Coward!'
He receive the answer: 'Coward!'
He looks to his father and asks: 'What is going on?'
The father smiles and says: 'my son, pay attention.'
And then the father screams to the mountain: 'I admire you!'
The voice answers: 'I admire you!'
Again the man screams: 'You are a champion!'
The voice retorts: 'You are a champion!'

The boy was surprised but doesn't understand.

Then the father explains: 'People call this Echo, but really, this is Life.'
It gives you back everything you say or do.
Our life is simply a reflection of our actions.
Life will give you back everything you have given to it.

Our best friends and our worst enemies are the thought we have about ourselves.
Self-image sets the boundaries and limitations for each of our individual accomplishment.
My friend, Zag Ziglar observes,....'What you picture in your mind, your mind will go to work to accomplish.
When you change your picture, you automatically change your performance.'

So, Whatever we attach consistently to the word 'I am,' you will become.

About this poem:
This is about our reflection in life.... People do often blame others for their dirty faces instead of taking proper time to clean it. If you could kick the person responsible for most of your problems, you wouldn't be able to stand up for a week.

(Emotional Highway)

(Emotional Highway)
Traveling down emotional highway
Trying to escape
Never looking back on all the hurt
Have no room for pain
Avoiding heart ache curve
On into the night I go
Gotta get away
Roaming aimlessly
No time to check into heart break hotel
Getting that divorce you cause me
No room for cheating liars
You misused my heart way too long
Now traveling down emotional highway
Into the sunset I go
Putting it all behind me
No time for sad smiles
Clear sky’s ahead
So you can’t rain on my parade
Don’t need disappointment as my passenger
Here I go pass heart attack lane
Never stopping till I reach
New horizons

Emerald green

Her auburn locks, her eyes of emerald green.

She lives deep in the emerald full of glistening leaves of emerald green.

Blessed on the eyes is she.

The tulips of spring under the windmills of Holland match for thee.

Oh ye evoke first love of my teens.

Russia against Ukraine, 2nd entry in Yankee's challenge

Ukraine was the subject in the year 2014
NATO did a lot of convincing and planning
closer and closer to Russia was the plan
and so the conflict has begun

2016 Trump in the US got elected
he assured peace all over the horizon
as a matter of fact now we know
no war or invasion took place in his reign

2020 the democrats stole the election
the puppets installed stupid Biden and claimed they won
look at him, what a senile pathetic old man
and so Russia attacked Ukraine again

here we are so anxious as to what's next
will Ukraine prevail or get blown into pieces?
in the meantime victims are dying
and the world just watch don't do anything

I'm thinking WW3 has just begun
it seems to me, we'll never really learn
humanity is doomed again and again
ah greed and power it always win

wake up I say, let's do something
we'll unite our vigor and strength
let's fight these fascist and socialist
let's pray to God that this will end.

About this poem:
It looks like there's no end to human sufferings because of power and greed

There's a presentation of Dr. Wendell Meirshuemer explaining why this invasion happened
