Heaven on Earth :")

Question me this earth or heaven I live
How wondrous life O I’m in love with thee
Name me all your wish and all I shall give
For you turn this world into heaven to me
A hundred roses are the red of your lips
What if our lips met like a sea touching shores?
The warmth of your breath the sway of your hips
Would I be punished with my arms wrapped in yours?
You’ve changed my world with the blink of an eye
Your love surrounds me in a rapturous awe
There is something that I cannot deny
With you my love I won’t search anymore
First glance I realized you’re such a goddess
Sent from above to fulfill my emptiness

About this poem:
My sonnet heehee ^_^ Just wanna keep it on my profile... This sonnet ^_^ I wrote it as if I were a man ^____^ I don't know what men like most in women. When a man falls in love with a woman, what would he do? What kind of poem that he would write for her... I finally realized that being a man isn't easy... lol But if I were a man, I would ask 'thesunandthesea' out to date!!! lolol

intention

what once is said in jest or haste
when all was said of times before
can turn out to be such a waste
and can't be taken back no more

like slings and arrows hit a mark
so too words can injure and bleed
think carefully before you embark
with harsh words misbegotten seed

all the empathy that was lack
when care-filled heart is not shown
can not for want be taken back
only amends can then atone

i am reminded as often is mentioned
speak only kind words as intention

nobody wins in war

nobody wins in war
but makes eveyone looser,
it begines with worry not worth.
war provok us to hide the truth
and lie will cover us.
no body can find, what we really need.
we forget the meaning of culture, love and affection.
we just know ,hungry , angry, and assault.
we are very proud to say more and more about knowledge.
but we couldnt understand other human.
who has with same feelings , emotions and needs.
we forget what, what we really needs
that may never hurt others.
every war begines when we fails to understand others.
open you heart, know others, talk frankly.
never allow our mind to fill with lie.
and let our new generation to live in peace.
not to hope more from others which we cannot give..

A Wedding Day, Sonnet.

Love's destiny, thus two rough diamonds drawn
in the opening hours of loves exclusive dawn,
whence from the infertile mundane shore,
love polished bright its glistening facet store,
highlighted vowed love, to be friendship personified,
where each and every caressing detail amplified,
like as, the touch of hands e'er so importantly,
as the sweet and secret realms of intimacy,
though clouded skies there well may be,
when sombre portends challenge loves philosophy,
would'st pleasure scupper sacred vows integrity,
remember, ever burning bright is loves illuminosity,

Thus, the simplicity, that love and marriage
is a special journey, in life's upholstered carriage.

Enough(a sonnet)

I may not ever be, all you desire,
I may not give you all you'll ever need,
I have not as yet worn the knights attire,
Am I then somehow less than once perceived?
So you play role of damsel in distress,
and I play him that seemeth not to care,
but with one look, one kiss, one soft caress,
remove the ill from mind and tension spare.
I am the thing you crave despite charade,
I speak a language makes your body weak,
your wish is my command I will obey,
'til valleys peak as we lay under sheets.

I am what you need no less, just enough,
'til you reach highest crest and whisper love.

Menin Gate Ypres.

No court here played to feathered Kings
of once grand plumes and pompous things,
long since quenched and forgotten lie,
thier wanton greed doomed so to die,
riding high from the storms of fate,
the pen of justice did to all await,
to walk anew the sun blessed road,
relieved, once the down trodden native abode,
as now, beneath life's tranquil shade,
a monument to peace, here forever laid,
no glory plied or ingenious shame,
just freedoms unconquerable name,

its banners claim no marked grave,
just homespun joys they cherished gave.

About this poem:
The rich patriotic ritual played every evening at the Menin Gate, is a spine chilling reminder of the futility of war, engineered both by Kings and Politicians alike, the cattle slaughter house a more humane place to die than the Fields of Flanders.

Tides of Love

You captured me turning my life to bliss

Raining down upon me euphoria

Caressing my soul with warmth from your kiss

Turning the cold of winter to summer

Removing my fears as you make us one

Your presence surrounding me comforting

I relax accepting you, you have won

My state of being now between heavens

Wishing to stay in this time for all time

To ride upon the wings of nothingness

No thought no dreams only now in my mind

Waves rocking as in a sweet lullaby

Slowly the tides recede and I must go

Life will return as I leave this I know

She Walked with Grace (sonnet)

She walked with grace through grassy meadows
pausing to smell the sensual fragrance
watching the rabbits dart down their barrows
their white tails flashing creating a drama

Azure skies blazing, making perfect the day
she laid in the grass. dreaming of her lover
handsome and very tall he was her mainstay
he set her alight making everything brighter

She remembered the way they spun around
as they danced together through the night
gay garlands hanging down they were spell bound
silhouetted in the dazzling firelight

That perfect night when all the world stood still
their last dance that night was a quadrille

Let's Not Wait

Let's not wait because it doesn't matter
Casting out nets of unbridled desire
Drifting sparks of flickering fire scatter
Risks catching our two lonely hearts on fire

Soft as my fingertips run down your spine
Such loving touch belongs to another
Lying close and so helplessly supine
Our bodies entwined around each other

When only two naked souls seek cover
Safely beyond all that keeps us apart
Holding you close in my arms forever
Feeling against my chest your beating heart

Why deny those feelings we can't defend
What we want we can no longer pretend

Geisha

In a land where blossoms fly
I am a beauty beyond compare
from the charcoal on my eyes
to the rare jewels in my hair

I was born to entertain
with each whirl of my silk fan
from feeling I do abstain
to cast beauty is my plan

With one look you stop and stare
at my clean white painted mask
and my bejeweled silky black hair
under your stare I do bask

Grace and beauty I do share
I long to capture your stare
