RE: Dogmatic, Hippocratic, Democratic, Socratic Or Sophistry

Hippocrates: father of medicine some say, also an early greek sociologist

Pothagareus: came up with that geometry theorum for trialgles, and invented the eight note octave in music (before that it was six)

the square of the hypotenus is equal to the sum of the squares of the other two sidesprofessor

RE: ONE MAN'S TRASH....

There are some very credible and well made points here. Wikked always seems to have some thought provoking threads going. I like her stylelove

RE: COMPULSIVE DISORDERS....

Hey Wikked, I was wondering just how compulsivly clean are you?
I personally admire the trait. However, I saw a T.V. program where a man's wife was so compulsively clean that hubby and the youngsters felt like they were imprisoned at home. He said they were forbidden to touch anything in the house without washing hands first. He said there closet was not only organized according to type of clothes, but arranged by color, and alphabetized according to brand labels wow

RE: Willing to relocate

Don't ask me, I can barely get a woman interested enough to e-mail me.
I thought the recent picture without a shirt on would help, but apparently women aren't visually stimulatedlaugh

RE: Tattoos

I have a Cherokee medicine man on my left chest, and a bear paw motif on my right shoulder. I got them in honor of my mother who was reported to be of Native American descent (it really shows in my yougner brother). Then years later I was researching the Bible on the subject of tattoos, and the only time they are metioned it is expressly forbidden to get tattoos in honor of the dead (oops, good thing God is forgiving).

RE: DR. JEKYLL & MR. HYDE...

RE: This Really is Important. What We Look Like.

confused Whachoo talkin'bout Paws? I don't want to see Mel Gibson's package.

RE: Is it true

I can't answer that, except I hope it is true.

RE: depression...?

The Prof gives excellent advice for those who don't like Doc's or Med's. That lady who played in the Terminator movies, Linda Hamilton, she is manic depressive, and in an interview she said that she didn't have any episodes while shooting T-2. Remember how ripped she was? Personally I find Wellbutrin is cheaper than a gym.

RE: Name one thing

I am really annoyed by dates who are chronic complainers. "It's too hot, It's too cold, It's too perfect of a temperature."

RE: Do you think it would be possible...

Dude, you're preaching to the choir. I luuuuuv the charmap.love

RE: Do you think it would be possible...

Yeah I know what you mean....for example if I wanted to start a thread discussing the formula used to calculate formation pore pressure within the earth's crust. I have to actually type out that the mathematical symbol representing vertical matrix stress is "sigma sub v"...what a drag!

RE: Ok who wants to join?

RE: What if.........

Children do rule the world. Remember? They wrote a song about it in the 80's...... "We are the world, we are the children, we are the ones that make a blah blah blah"

RE: EMOTIONALLY UNAVAILABLE....

To me emotionally unavailable = look elsewhere
