Due to heinous bureaucracy the per capita costs of Obamacare will be astronomical - something like 3 to 4 times as much as it costs Britain to provide for a citizen on the NHS - which will have the inevitable consequences of dragging American healthcare down to a pitiful standard and bankrupting many a hospital.

Exactly. Smash the family and the community and you need more of a welfare state to deal with the fallout(a welfare state which then employs a disproportionate number of women). These now wage-earning women then have the purchasing power to consume which keeps the capitalists happy.
Anything that promotes teamwork and solidarity - such as the household and nuclear family - is a bad thing for consumer markets. Working class women now work the "double shift" - breadwinner and homemaker.(in fact you can tell how elitist feminism is by the whole freedom to work emphasis: working class women desire freedom from the workplace.
Middle class women don't have many kids - kids make people(especially women)happy. Some people have less class and some people are more desperate than others(which is why I mention the homeless), when you come into proximity with these people then you may encounter negative experiences - and the more stuck-up you are the more negative you will perceive these experiences to be. However, the 90% of people my age will have it worse than the 90% of people your age. Most of my generation will die younger than our parents.
Diet is worse nowadays, our working hours are longer and more unhealthy and we'll retire later(due to having no money and not a longer lifespan)and the general atmosphere of the economy will be much more stressful and competitive. Also, what most people my age and younger can look forward to in regards to a pension will be very grim indeed - we'll be lucky if our mortgages and students debts are cleared by the time we retire.
And I also like how they've disabled the likes and dislikes count to disguise that most people disagree with the video(as can be seen from the comments).
