Allow yourself the time to do that and you'll get through it, without it cropping up in the future all entangled with other stuff.
You might find it useful to look at a Change (Grief Cycle) Graph and see where you're at and where you're heading. It's not intended to be perfectly linear and you might go back and forth before moving on, but it kind of demonstrates that you're going through the process healthily and 'normally', just as we all do if we allow ourselves.
