A few years ago, while flipping through a glossy womens' magazine at a doctors' surgery or somewhere, I saw an absolutely wonderful full-page advert.
It was around Christmas time and the advert had a picture of a beautiful Christmas tree and the face of an evangelist. It asked "are you sick of the crass commercialization of Christmas?.....to find out the true meaning of Christmas dial Bishop so-and-so's hotline now! Calls cost $1.99 per minute......"
