I don't think Brexit will ever happen; it was never something the Establishment were willing to countenance anyway. The "referendum" was only ever designed to get a pro-EU vote, and when the people revolted and didn't vote the way their masters wanted to, the Establishment has been scrambling ever since to make Brexit such mess and so chaotic that the politicians will have an excuse to forget the whole thing.
Several times, I have had people come to my house for online auction pickups, and rather than knock on my front door (which is apparently too much effort) I get a text saying "I'm here".
The OP's graphic makes a valid point, and I for one wouldn't help people to avoid or know there was a radar speed trap ahead, for example. People who drive recklessly do not deserve my consideration.
Yet random breath testing is slightly different. I feel uneasy about the police stopping people at random, without any suspicion that they have committed any crime, just in order to find out if maybe, perhaps, on the off chance, they are doing something illegal. In my opinion, this is not a precedent we want to encourage.
Sadly, the graphic in the OP's post is not that far off the mark, for some people.
Years ago when driving a taxi, I had some passengers one day from a social housing complex, who were very drunk, and who proceeded to load into the car a large television set, before giving me directions to drive to the pawn shop.
I innocently asked if they were planning to pawn their TV, and received the reply (devoid of any irony) "yeah, we've run out of beer".
That's nice, but I fail to see how someone is "more American" (or for that matter, more Australian, or what have you) because their family has been there longer?
You have only been there since you were born, so surely it is irrelevant whether your forebears arrived hundreds of years ago, or a year before you were born?
